Très belle qualité
Frustrated and extremely disappointed
I purchased this at a local hardware store. Install was a breeze however after about a month of light usage it began to leak. I figured it was defective (these things happen) so I disconnected it and exchanged it at the store without problem. Installed the new one, got about 3 months out of it until a leak started again. Called my BIL who is a plumber thinking maybe it is something else. He looked everything over tightened everything and could not find any issues… Still leaking. Absolutely frustrated by this as this was not at all a cheap faucet. I own many Moen products but this faucet was a complete let down.

The faucet works great, looks great. Moen faucets are by far the best.
Product not in new condition.
It had very noticeable scratches on the face of the faucet spout . I saved $100 on it but would have preferred to buy it new if I had known it wasnt perfect . Disappointed. This was my first eBay purchase., probably my last.

Design and ease of using
I love the simple and modern design. Mine is black an matte. It complements my renovated powder room as I have a few other black accents in it. It works great. I always loved to have only one hole in the sink and control the water volume as well as temperature with one lever only.
Great product. However, even though the image shows the faucet with the 3 hole plate cover, that doesn’t come with the faucet. I had to call Moen to buy that extra, hence a longer wait to install my faucet.
