Pleasantly Surprised

I’m shocked this product is getting so many poor reviews! We were initially drawn to this off-white book shelf, but decided to purchase the grey-ish one instead since it had much better reviews. When we brought it home, we didn’t love how it looked with the warmer color palette in our living room, so we decided to take a risk and exchange it for this off-white one. I’m so glad we did! We love this shelf so much. It fits perfectly in our home, and the color couldn’t be better.

Good value and straightforward assembly

Easy to put together and everything was well-packaged (no damaged pieces). Seems sturdy and is working out well for storing all my daughters crafts and art supplies

Looks better on the website. It’s just plastic Formica on pressed wood so not great quality

Affordable corner bookshelf not for books

I purchased the white washed version and was highly disappointed. Picture is very deceiving and quality of materials very poor. The parts did not want to stay together and I definitely do not trust it enough to put books on it. The worst part is the label stating a warning that it might cause cancer. Buy at your own risk.

Corner shelf

This is a great little corner shelf. It was easy to put together. Although I did review the measurements before ordering, it still feels smaller than anticipated. Great color, works well for my needs. Seems sturdy.

Looks cheap, not wood

I should have read the reviews, because they are all correct. Large gaps, NOT SOLID WOOD AS DESCRIBED! Looks cheap.

Don't do it

As other reviewers have mentioned, build quality is very poor and there are lots of gaps. The ENTIRE product is the very flimsiest MDF, not a single wood component. Uneven on my floors and looks way worse than picture (more of a grey than antique white). As I've opened the package and assembled it, will likely be unable to return so there goes $150. My ikea shelves are way better than this, shouldn't have taken a chance.

difficult to assemble

Suprised on how difficult to assemble. Plus, some of pieces had to be redrilled. Thank goodness my husband had the tools. Once together it looks great. Very expensive for this corner piece.

Overall beautiful piece, but very cheaply made and once constructed, is not sturdy at all. Temporary piece of furniture.
