I am absolutely thrilled to have a shower head I can raise and lower. That works great and she ays exactly where placed. I just wish the hardest spray was a little harder. Seems kind of whimpy.

Product performs as described. Particularly like the height adjustment feature and the water-saving pause setting.

Poor quality for Delta

Can't expect it to last long with Chrome plated plastic. I expected more from Delta.

I gave it 3 stars as it had 2 features that need improvement in my opinion. 1st. The 2ft. slide bar attaches to the wall by mounting 2 plastic mounts and then sliding the slide bar over them. Spacing is critical. Must be exact to no more than 1/16 of an inch. Once attached can never be removed due to 2 pop-up pins in the mounts. 2nd. The shower head holder on the slide bar does not have a positive retention of the shower head. Easily slips out. Delta can do better. Quality of all the components was excellent. Performance not so.

When I chose this I didn't realize it sprayed straight out. Would have preferred one that was adjustable as far as direction of spray.

Easy to install, except a washer arrived squashed and needed to be replaced. Took much effort and many stores to find one that actually fit. Unit looks good and works well, except for the spray control, that doesn’t close completely off. It only drips a little, and doesn’t really matter. A good shower, and worth the reasonable price.

Easy install and 100% meets our expectations. I was expecting the hose to be a lower quality based on all the previous review I had read but not the case at all. It is high quality all the way.

Lightweight

This handheld shower doesn't compare well to ones I had purchased from American Standard 10 years ago. Lots of plastic. Don't expect it to last.
