Fan is fine but not great return policy

The fan was what I was expecting, but I had to return it after my contractor told me we need a different type to meet code. I was surprised to learn that Lumens' return policy isn't great. They charge a very high cost for return shipping, so be sure to read the fine print before buying.

This fan works great in my bathroom above my shower. I have this in a little larger bathroom and it works great. It is quiet, looks good, lights are awesome.

Not installed yet, so can only comment on looks. This was one of the only fans that I could find that wasn't ugly and wouldn't detract from my Victorian bathroom. Install instructions seem clear as well.

Bought these for our new house, both bathrooms with showers needed vents. I had a hard time finding the size I needed but these are great, and we are very happy with them!

These fans are great. They not super loud and they work great. Removes steam really fast even in humid weather. The night light feature is a really good addition.

Twice now I’ve purchased fans that don’t run or kick on. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times and have never received a call back. AVOID this product AND this lousy company!

Light does work

We havent installed this yet but it was just what I wanted for our new bathroom. I had limited height restrictions and its going to fit beautifully.

Quiet as can be. Hardly notice me. Love the nightlight feature for guests.

Returned because the entire fixture needs to be replaced when the built in bulb burns out. Nice sleek design however for a tight space in ceiling.

super quiet, night light is great. Be sure to have 3 separate switches if you want all 3 functions-Light, fan, and nightlight. In our retrofit, we didn't have that, and didn't really need the Light, so we chose nightlight and fan only. (It takes a second for fan to come on when switched on. ) Will be fine in our installation. Installation into an existing ceiling is a little tricky with provided flange and only 1 metal angle. We put extra metal angles on to make it work. Def. needed more instructions and attachment options for retrofit scenario

Fan is very quiet. As others have noted, there is a delay of about 15-30 seconds before it turns on. I don't think the LED light is replaceable. Very happy with it so far. Time will tell.

I’ve been using this fan for over a year now. It’s very quiet and powerful. Unfortunately, the light stopped working and as it is a sealed unit you can’t go to the store and get a replacement. I contacted Aero Pure directly and they immediately sent a new light unit at no charge. Their customer service is outstanding. They replied to my inquiry promptly and sent the replacement light immediately. I highly recommend any product from Aero Pure!

Could have been better......

I wish I could give this product a 5 star rating however, I cannot. The engineering on this thing is not installer friendly. Having a adjustable mounting bracket rather than a fixed flange, would have been much better. Also, the electrical connection is ridiculous. The location and depth of the wiring cavity is very small and difficult to access when mounted to ceiling joists. Could have been designed much better.

AeroPure confirmed these fans have a manufacturing defect. The 50 and 80 CFM settings do not work. Only the 110 CFM setting works, which is quite loud.
