Customer service doesn't respond

I have purchased shower pans from Dreamline as they are fiber reinforced and high quality. The last two I purchased came with a water drop shaped cover that goes over the drain whuch is a tripping hazard and if you remove it, it is a large hole in your shower pan. I have attempted to call customer service for dreamline and sent them 3 emails, 2 of which are requests on their system and no response. Keep this in mind because it's a long term investment.

Beware of Damage

Was the 3rd time I ordered this pan. The first time it was scratched so reordered. Second time we opened box and no scratches so had plummer come to install new piping and drain. However we had neglected to lift it out of the box and when the plummer did, we all saw the bottom corner was broken & there was a hole in the face of the exposed curb right in the middle! Reordered again & this time I inspected ALL of it before leaving the store. Had plummer come back again! Packaging is FLIMSY!

Please include in your description that the "Center Drain" is not actually center. You've obviously had this exact review multiple times. Why would you make a square shower base and have the drain 3 in off center in one direction? A stupid design in my opinion, but whatever i'm returning it. I wanted this shower base because of the clean lines and squared look, definitely seems like a solid base for the money from my inspection when I opened the box to ensure measurements. Again, I cant stress enough how poor of a design this is, why on earth you would place the drain off center in the depth direction is beyond me. I did mark "Yes" to recommending the product due to the clean lines and sturdy construction, but you'll need to move your shower head and valve or have a goofy, misplaced looking drain which doesn't line up with your hardware if you're in to that sort of thing.
