Poorly designed lock

Th has a door with a small poorly designed lock that only lasted a few months, now door will not stay shut.

Disappointed and frustrated

I was so excited for this mailbox as I love the design. When I received it however it had a big dent on the front/side corner. I sent an email to support and they quickly responded and sent me a replacement. Then the replacement mailbox I received had two spots on the front that are whiteish like the paint either didn’t cover or has come off? I tried cleaning it but it didn’t improve so I emailed customer support again and they are now not responding to my emails. I’m not sure how unlucky it is to receive two damaged mailboxes but to be completely ghosted by the company because they have sent me two damaged mailboxes is really frustrating.

Nice, High Quality Mailbox

Sturdy with some heft. A nice addition to my front porch. Easy to mount too.

Disappointed

I really wanted to love this mailbox. First thing I noticed upon opening was that the pain coverage on the delivery flap wasn't fully covering the metal below. The paint is flat, textured even, and the vinyl house numbers I'd gotten for it would not stick. I'd prefer a glossier finish for water shedding as well. Ultimately I decided to return it, and I get the pleasure of paying to do that.

Extremely slow shipping. Mediocre product.

I could have bought this just about anywhere for less money and it wouldn’t have taken a month to arrive!

High Quality with a few issues

Overall my Adoorn box is high quality and I'm mostly pleased.

Easily the most attractive modern mailbox around

adoorn’s mailboxes immediately caught my eye as some of the most attractive options I came across. I went with the small size, which looks great with our brick bungalow and is roomy enough to hold magazines and mailers for a few days. That said, I wish there were a keyless option—mail theft isn’t an issue in our neighborhood, and the key is a small hassle to deal with daily, but it’s not a dealbreaker. One thing to watch out for: don’t let the door swing open too far, or it might hit the brick and get scratched.

Mailbox was delivered a month late.

Good box

The box itself is good. Someone could fish mail out of the top slot. But it took 3x as long as estimated date when I purchased it. it had been used as the hanger on back was tweaked and scratched. As it didn’t show I still used as I can’t wait another month. But I’d would have expected a new product after waiting that long.

Lovely, but…

This is a very nice looking and solid mailbox. My one big concern (and this is brand new box to us) is how likely it looks that the foam that will keep the rain out will end being damaged —as people remove the mail and Postal workers remove letters from the clip. To be seen…

Small locking mailbox

This mailbox is everything I was hoping for: sturdy, attractive, and the blue color is gorgeous.

I got the smaller version and it still holds a lot. However the flat top causes water to sit on top when it rains.

Beautiful

Love the quality and solidness of the mailbox. Not to mention how pretty it looks. Just pops. The price point is great in comparison to other mailboxes with way less style.

Stylish wall mounted mailbox. Eye catching.

Solid construction and love the design. The color is definitely orange and not chili pepper red. Ultimately we liked the orange and kept, but wish it had been noted as such. Is there touch up paint available? Would be a nice touch if a paint pen was included in the color to touch up any scratches. Overall happy with the service and shipping. Website was easy to navigate.
