Ok product, terrible support experience

Package was dropped in my front walkway and ripped open. Assembly components were missing and after a week of contacting the Canopia customer service team (parts request page 2 follow-up messages) I’ve yet to get a response. As a result, the greenhouse cannot be properly closed to retain heat so I am unable to use it as intended.

It was at least a year before we finally opened up the boxes and try to put this thing together. I think the hesitation came from the overwhelming amount of hardware and pieces. You really need to mentally prepare yourself, and I guess it took us a year.

Bed Bath & Beyond offered the best price on the market, speedy shipping, and an awesome product. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Terrible

Very flimsy. Pieces kept falling off until we used self-tapping screws. Then the whole thing ended up in pieces in a ball in the yard after one mild storm. $3k I’ll never get back.

Love it! Easier than any other greenhouse to put together

Fairly easy to build, but should have put it in the shade-it gets VERY hot even with a vent opener that I bought separately. It also leaked - needs to be caulked around every panel.

Just what I wanted

Does not withstand any wind

We purchased 2 yrs ago, previous winter had a storm, blew panels, pieces all over the place. I thought it was done. Luckily we were able to find all the pieces and put back together. some panels are cracked. This winter again, wind has blew it all to pieces. broke and snapped off some of the aluminum brackets. I love the size of the green house and enjoyed it., but I would never recommend to spend money on this to anyone. It does not hold up.

Massive amount of screws and parts. Flimsy panels, frame and hinges.

Easy to assemble and quality parts.

I purchased this greenhouse last year absolutely love it would recommend it to anyone

Amazing how it all went together. Glows in the morning like crystal. It looks to stand the test of time.

Love it. There are difficulties in assembly, Which is to be expected for someone like me. Not a lot of experience in assembling stuff like this. HOWEVER, I love it. maintains heat in winter. plenty of space. Make sure you follow the directions. Read them through before you begin. Visualize how it all comes together. ENJOY!!!

Using it all the time, protects plants from elements and cold. Easy assemble

We have yet to put it up due to windy weather. The box it came in was damaged in one corner and several small parts were missing thru the hole. I call Palram and they immediately sent all the missing part I had requested plus some extra screws and washers. I am pleased with such a quick response. I will update when the unit it up and ready.

Very fragile. If you live anywhere where there might be wind, do not buy. Easily breaks apart as well when assembling. Was sent missing multiple parts. I regret this buy.

It was difficult to assemble, short on screws and bolts, but once assembled, was satisfied with the way it turned out
