Disappointed, not as advertised, no customer support

Item looks nice but it does not come with functions advertised. This is a two piece tub with a shell that covers whe bottom. Shell squeeks when you move around in tub. Does not have jet power control as advertised and does not have aroma therapy as advertised. Contacted supplier and they did nothing!

ANZZI Tub

Tub shipped fairly quickly and very secure. Beautiful clean lines and we love it! We had to have a jetted free standing to fit our space and style of new construction and this fit the bill!

bad design or quality control

Either a bad design or quality control. The 6 adjustable feet on the supporting structure underneath, are too short. I had to buy new bolts with lock nuts that were 1 inch longer, so the feet would touch the floor to carry the weight and not the side skirt. If you buy this tub, plan on buying (6) - M10x1.5x100 hex bolts with full thread (no shoulder) and lock nuts.

Love this whirlpool tub; jets work great and it is a pleasure to relax in this tub. I've had it installed for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Not easy to work with

Its a really nice tub, not worth the hassle of installing. The drain doesn't clear past the skirt. Having to modify. It didn't come with the leveling feet.

Excellent for the price point.

This has to be the best bang for the buck. It is a pretty good size tub, the water jets are strong for being so small, and the air massage is incredibly powerful for how small the air holes are, I was quite impressed actually. The drain was a bit of pain to get hooked up, it seems like it isn't going to fit because of the center post that sticks out but you have to carefully force it, but once you get that piece inside the tub where it goes the rest is a piece of cake. Like someone else mentioned, I did have to cut the very bottom flange of the tub to make clearance for the drain pipe, but you can do it so its not visible once the tub is installed so to me this is not a big deal. In regards to the guy that mentioned the air button isn't working, this tub has 2 separate power cords, 1 for the water jets and 1 for the air massage, and they are zipped tied up inside the body of the tub and I don't believe the instructions tell you this. I found this out the hard way when I installed mine and the water jets weren't working. I contacted customer service and they informed me of the two separate power cords. Well worth the money once you know these things and its all hooked up correctly.

Comfy and perfect size

The tub was perfect for my bathroom. My installer had no issues placing it, happy with it.

This is a beautiful bath tub. It has not been installed in my home yet, currently it’s sitting in my Living Room it is very well-made. I will add photos once it is installed.

It took me forever to find the right freestanding tub! I am 5’9 and needed a tub I could comfortably soak in. It was hard to find a combo that would also maintain the water temperature which was extremely important to me. I’m very excited to use my new tub!!

Good purchasing experience

Ordering, delivery and purchase was a great experience. Overall the product is a very nice jacuzzi tub. Drain is a little difficult which may require modification depending on structure of plumbing. On my model had to build a support deck to allow for drain. The part included to attach drain did not align properly so required a modification to the bottom of the tub to allow access for hook up. Basically had to cut out a small area at the bottom edge of the tub to attach drain to the included drain part to allow for proper installation.

poor quality, no warranty help

The tub has dimples in the finish. A helpful representative told me they would work on getting someone to fix it. Now they are not returning my emails and nothing has happened.
