Slipping liability

The day we installed, my daughter fell down the stairs and I slipped in our hallway (barefoot and socks). What a liability and what type of chemical are they using on the fibers to do this????! Terrible, so regretting being too busy and away on vacation and not initiating a return. I hope Rugs USA will reach out to make this right. We’d like to exchange if this is rare or just get a refund if not. I’d hoped it would get better after a few weeks but everyone looks like Kramer from Seinfeld for a few minutes after standing in this rug. Returning or trashing. So disappointed.

Cute Shaggy Washable Rug

I ordered the 4x6 in the off white rug a little over 3 years ago and it was perfect for my needs. I have dogs so having a washable rug is a must. I have washed this rug several times and it comes out looking brand new each time. I do recommend a rug pad of some sort, as this rug is thin, but that also makes it easy to wash in any home washing machine.

Soft and pretty!

Super soft, but the pink is way darker in person- more like a true pink than a light pink. It is slippery and the curly texture is different but I like it! I would recommend putting this in a low traffic area, as I could see it getting matted and worn easily if walked on a lot. Haven’t washed it yet so can’t speak on that.

Slip n slide rug

Super slippery rug. I’ve had guests almost fall because this rug feels like a slip n slide. Not to mention my clumsy two year old toddler. Wish I could take it back

I didn’t realize the texture of the rug. It looks like a poodle (curly) it would get terrible looking after time. I wished I would have never ordered it… as it cost me $25 to send back. Won’t order again due to that

Just the right thing

It's great for what I needed but the 'fabric' is very slippery. I'm going to wash it and see if the slippery goes away. I felt it was dangerous. There is a rubber back so that's not the issue, it's the stuff it's made of. Probably not good for older people or walking bare footed.

Cheaply Made, Waste of Money

I purchased 2 of these rugs in the ivory color and one in the grey to switch out. After a few weeks they look so worn that they look like they are 10 years old. You can tell the spots where we sit on the sofa because the pile of the rug is so worn down. The rug looks great for a week. Even after washing, the rugs look dingy and awful. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Ice rug for a small room. Very soft but items get caught in rug, but we like it.

Fuzzy

This rug is nice and soft, but a bit slippery. Looks nice in the bedroom.

Extremely soft rug

Super soft rug, I didn’t know that the texture would be the way it is, I was just taken back by it and it didn’t look like that in the picture, it’s sort of like a “poodle” texture. Very soft.

Sheds

Sheds so bad!!! Gets all over your clothes, floors, everywhere. 👎🏼 and because of that it’s thinned out since I bought it and I’ve only had it for a month. Waste of money.

You get what you pay for. Not much.

Quality is very poor… feels slippery and looks cheap. I bought 2 and simply had to throw them out since Rugs charges for the return labels. Don’t bother with this item.

Four stars because I don’t know how it will wash. I would recommend a pad under the rug.
