We returned this light that was to go over our island. Love the nickel and the solid rods that hide the wires. However, the cheap looking white bathroom like globes and the fact that the bulbs showed out the bottom were the reasons we returned. For the cost, these should be improved.

PERFECT KITCHEN ISLAND OR PENINSULA LIGHT FIXTURE
This will be the perfect fixture to light up an otherwise dimly lit kitchenette. I said "will be" since I can't seem to get an electrician to install the wiring/electric outlet/switch. But it looks great on the counter top--waiting to be installed and it complements the other brushed nickel and stainless steel appliances. Great price and swift delivery service....... ....wish I could say something positive about finding an electrician to do a "small" job!
