Won't stop leaking

We had this door professionally installed and our contractor followed the instructions for the installation. He has had to come back to the house twice to try and diagnose a leak in the shower. It turned out to be the seal between the frame and the door on the hing side allowing water to seap through, run down the frame, pool up on the floor along the entrance to the shower and then flow out into the bedroom. He has had to purchase additional materials to attempt to correct the seal.

Excellent quality, clear and concise instructions and very easy to install! Very pleased with this shower door. Door was well packaged and the service at Home Depot was exceptional!

Manufacturing Flaw

Everything installed find until we got to the door. Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stay closed. Discovered that the manufacturer put the magnetic strip in the door in backwards which was why it would not adhere to the frame. Watch out for this. The only reason I would recommend this door is that it is nice looking and well made except for this flaw.

The item that came in was not the correct door...

The item that came in was not the correct door as shown in the picture. It was a sliding glass door that would not fit the opening I needed. I waited about opening the package until it was time to install it. (there was other things that needed to be done in the bathroom before this step) When I did open it and realized I was sent the wrong item Home Depot wanted to give us a hard time about returning the item. Luckily a good manager came up front and handled the situation because the girl behind the counter that day seemed to think everything was a joke and was funny.

After purchasing a new home we needed to replace a shower door and frame that was filthy with soap scum, mold, and other mystery things. Removal of the current door and frame with the necessary cleaning proved to be the worst part of the exercise.

Took my husband two days to install and it was hard as one piece should have been made more flexible to go around tile.

Hard size to find and the glass looks good for our old shower stall at a decent price. The metal is not of high quality and can get scratched easily. The predrilled holes came misaligned.
