Perfect way to freeze extra chicken stock. I make chicken soup and many times have leftover stock. This allows me to freeze the extra stock/soup for meals that require more liquid. I just toss in a cube from the freezer. The lid is perfect.

Originally I purchased this item for freezing left over broth, tomato paste and sauce, but have ended up freezing left over herbs, as well as, ice cubes and left over cold brew ( no more watery cold brew). The compartments stay separate so you can mix and match what you freeze. Cubes are easy to remove and cleanup is a breeze. I plan on trying other capacities
