[Rewarded Review] Good while it lasts

Loved it at first but it broke after 6 months. Also it can be pretty noisy. Best Buy is replacing it under the warranty so hopefully the 2nd one lasts.

Purchased not even a year ago and it just stopped working, now this is also our 2nd one from this brand that happened, they are not good ice makers, very cheaply made

Second unit in ten months and still no ice!!

I purchased this ice maker as a Christmas gift in December 2023. The first unit worked for about five months before it stopped making ice. A replacement unit was shipped out at my expense (almost $30 for shipping) and It seemed to work well out of the box. A couple of weeks ago (late October 2024) it started making some strange loud noises and caused me some concern. It was still making ice until a few days ago and it stopped making ice. I can see ice in the hopper up top, but it is frozen solid and will not come out into the bucket. This ice machine has been a huge disappointment for me and my family. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It has been nothing but problems. These two units have lasted less than 10 months total. Not worth the money.

One of the WORST ice makers ever

I have had this nugget maker for about 9 months. In this time like others, I have had chunks of plastic in my ice. But more sickening than that is MOLD!

[Rewarded Review] NEWAIR ICE MAKER

The ice maker worked great for about 3 months, since then, it makes a horribly loud sound. It finally quietens down a few times a day, but once we open the tray to retrieve the ice, the loud noise returns---for HOURS. I will try to return for a different kind, paid too much for this one.

Do not buy! Broke for us within 13 days!

Worked great for 12 days! Been dealing w/ support. 28 emails. Sent all the info/pics/video. Didn't cut the cord correctly. Took our machine to the dump & bam. They aren't replacing. Beware of Charles!

LOVED IT WHILE IT WORKED

Only Been Sence July. Now the thing all the sudden starts clicking everytime we turn it on. Never did that before. I fear it is going to get worse. I can not find a diagram or parts for the unit anywhere to see about repairing the unit once it fully breaks. All manufacture devices should have a parts list so we can purchase and repair units. I am not thinking mine will work that much longer but we shale see.

This ice maker was great for about 8 months then it started leaking every time we tried to fill it. The scoop doesn’t have a storage spot and gets buried no matter what you try

Not a good purchase

Had this less than 1 year and it stopped working. Lot of money to pay for something that didn't last.

Stopped working made loud noises from the beginning I just thought it was normal it was a loud hum all night!!! I haven’t even had it that long and paid a lot!!! I’m so upset!

Was great...until it wasn't. Purchased 2/2023

and by Sept. it was making noises so this one was the rep. Pieces now breaking and only 40% disc. on a new one as an ext warr. is req. to go beyond the 1yr warr. on the orig., don't recall being told.

Great ice. Looks great on counter. Easy to clean. Love this one.

Love the nuggets. It is quite loud, but when full this machine holds the ice very nicely. Aesthetically, I love how this machine looks on my counter, it’s really a nice piece. The light is perfect for afternoon and evenings.

[Rewarded Review] So noisy

It's an ok machine in that it makes ice in the nugget size, which is what i was looking for. But it's so noisy it keeps me up at night in the room next door. If i had to choose again, i would pick a different machine. I also don't like that you have to reill it by taking the ice drawer out.

1st one was great for 3 months and then major issues

I ordered one of these ice makers June 2023 and approx 5-6 months later it got incredibly loud and kept freezing up too much. I used the warranty and received a replacement after I had to pay for the shipping again. 2nd one out of the box was INCREDIBLY loud! I dealt with the noise to continue with my ice. Came home and my counter top was covered in water. The whole unit froze over and leaked everywhere. The machine also had white plastic chunks in the ice basket. Not worth the hassle.

Too Loud

I love the ice that it makes, but can't deal with how loud it is.
