I’ve bought several over the years. This is absolutely worst product I’ve ever purchased.. no consistency with ice…… makes it when it wants to make it with multiple size cubes…..

Love the quality and quantity of the ice it produces and the color perfectly vibes with our other brushed stainless appliances. Knocking down a star because it is a little louder than expected (especially when the formed ice falls into the basket). Not defending but also a bit distracting and hard to ignore when it happens.

This ice maker is SOOOOO worth the money!

We had the GE Profile and it burned up after about 2 years of use. From the day we got it until the day we said we are sick of listening to it, it very rarely turned off. So we were at a relatives house and they had a smaller version of this bullet ice maker. They raved about how they loved it.

We have had 2 of these newair and both have stopped working only months after getting them. One was replaced because under warranty and now waiting on the company to replace the second one. Had rather have a refund don't want this piece of junk that quits working then when you contact the company you have to go through hoops to get any response and to get a new one in which we have to pay shipping on!! We vouth the 2 yr warranty thank goodness but, when u spend this much on an ice maker you expect it to work longer than 5 or 6 months each. DO NOT BUY NEWAIR ICE MAKER!!

Liked the ice it made and how much it made but after 3 months it started leaking. Returned it but they were not selling this item anymore.

A WASTE OF MONEY

USED THIS PRODUCT 3 TIMES and it stopped working!! I may have had a defective one and because its a year past the purchase date I cant get another one or a refund.

As far as I've heard/seen, the little machine is doing great and what was needed.

Leaked

Bought 8/2023 and worked great until 2/2024. Now everytime it cycles it pours water on my counter. Cannot use any more.

Bought in 8/2023 worked great until 2/2024. Now it leaks from the bottom of the machine every time it cycles. Not usable anymore.

I wouldn't buy this product again

After a little over a year of purchasing the ive machine the company wouldn't replace my unit all they would do is give me 40% off a new one. Why would I buy another one when the problem that I'm having wasn't my fault of mis use. The water hose on the inside is leaking when filling up the basket with water so it's a fast leak. I now have it on my table with a towel underneath the machine. Never again I will be buying from this company

Never runs out of ice. Great for parties but we use it for everyday use. So far has held up well. We use distilled water in it to reduce cleaning needs

This is our third one that we have gotten. I love having ice all the time.

Wish I had known. I could not return this when I bought it. That policy sucks. The ice Maker is way too big for a small RV countertop. That's why I rarely order anything from wayfair. Their return policy is just not good.
