Stopped working in less than 2 months

Bought this in October and now it doesn't work. I can't believe how many hoops we had to jump through with Customer Service when it quit on us. Still don't know if it will be replaced.

Works for what we needed it for. Fills up and I dump into ice maker in fridge. Then when we need ice just fill up from that. Works like a charm. Might not be suitable for a large crowd but for two old folks like us, hey it works.

The ice maker is awesome and a great product. Makes two different size of ice a large and a small type of ice cube

Junk!!! It worked 1 day ... they offered me $29 when I paid $82.. I said that's not reasonable. Then they came back with $58 or send another one. I cut my losses and took the $58, didn't want to get rid of 2 pieces of junk!!!

Fridge ice maker quit this was all we need just 2 of us. Had it about 6 months working great for two people. Takes 6 to 8 minutes each cycle. Awesome product for the price.

So far we used it once and it worked good for us. We didn’t like the small ice cubes because it melts to quickly.

DIY User

The Ice Machine is the perfect addition for my man cave. I routinely use it for suppling ice and it is very easy to use. The cylindrical barrel type ice is great with all kind of beverages.

This is an awesome little machine. Fits great in our camper and we use the heck out of it. This is the first thing we plug in each trip. Before we go to bed in the evening we have enough ice for the entire weekend and then some.

works amazing and fast

We love our ice maker. It makes great ice and very quickly. You can make small or large cubes. Once our ice maker on our refrigerator went out we decided to just go with this and are we glad we did, much cheaper than a new refrigerator and works great! I highly recommend to others

THIS ICE MAKER HAS A WATER SUPPLY LINE!

I purchased this countertop ice maker to replace one from another brand that failed. When researching countertop bullet ice makers I found that they were all pretty much the same exact thing with different brand names. However, there was one feature I really wanted after my previous model did not have it... that feature being a water supply line. This was literally the ONLY countertop bullet ice maker I could find that had it. And oddly enough, it isn't talked about in any reviews and not even in the manual! I was confused how it would integrate with where you manually add water below the basket. Didn't make sense to me how it could work, figured it would be one or the other, but if only a supply line then what happens with the melted ice under the basket? Do I have to dump it? But still, I took a gamble and purchased this one. Well I will explain how it works now that I have seen it in action. It pulls the water from under the basket where melted ice would go. If there is water there, it pulls it in. If there isn't, it will try pulling from there 3x and then since it isn't getting water, it pulls water in from the supply line which trickles from the top down into the reservoir below the ice basket. It fills about 1/3 of the way and then pulls the water in from the now filled reservoir to start the ice making process. Pretty ingenious. Even better than the float switch method I thought it might utilize. Other than that, it is pretty much the same as the old ice maker I had. It does have a bigger footprint which is kind of a bummer, but with that comes an ice basket 2x bigger which is nice. Overall, very pleased with this unit and as long as it doesn't fail it fits my need perfectly. I did buy the 3 year warranty though as my old ice maker (different brand, but probably made in the same factory) failed in exactly one year so not sure if I want to take the risk of having no additional warranty.
