Had 2 weeks and love it. It ran a lot the first few days but has settled down now. We love that you can hook it up to the water source behind the fridge.

best ice maker ever

My wife loves this ice maker and uses it daily. This helps her keep hydrated while enjoying the ice. Love it!

Trash

As the rest worked great for 6 months a blade pieces. Started to break off. Called company, very rude, no help.. threw 335. Dollars in the trash

INFERIOR PRODUCT

MIne started making a horrible noise and quit after less than a year. Too much money for something that doesn't last very long. The machine was cleaned regularly and maintained on a consistent schedule.

Love the ice and runs very quietly. Had a problem with the “ice scraper” breaking and the company was very prompt to respond and warranted the machine.

Don’t waste your Money!

Started leaking and stopped working 7 months after purchase. Customer service- we are sorry it’s out of warranty! Spend more on a reliable company not CostWay

Won't Honor Their Products

The ice machine worked great for 7 months and then started making a terrible noise. Contacted the company and they refused to do anything about it. If they can't honor their products, they aren't worth buying from.

Good until it's not. Only had mine less than a year. Went to clean it and it stopped working. Kept freezing before doing the ice. Made loud noises.

Great ice maker

Does what I needed, not quite sonic ice but close enough.

Works well WHEN IT WORKS

We have had this machine for 4 months. It worked great the first month, then started acting up. Making loud noises. Not defrosting when the maker part froze. We clean it weekly to ensure it keeps running well. ABout a month ago, it started just flashing the indicator lights, but no water comes out, nor does it make ice. I reclean, empty it out, clean out the filter, add clean water, and still nothing. It is SO frustrating when we spent SO much money and it doesn't work. I cannot find the customer service number anywhere, and it's not listed in the manual the machine came with. I can't recommend this machine when it doesn't do what its supposed to.

Love the small nugget ice popular in several eateries

I was initially concerned in the beginning when my ice would melt back into the water reservoir. Looked back in the manual to find out why. Its was explained. Minimal noise, but is not disturbing. Ive is good w/ no unpleasant taste. Crunchability excellent if you're an ice muncher

So far everything is as wanted. The machine makes a little noise when it is making the ice. Putting it together and using it is very easy. It was a birthday gift and it’s loved!
