Terrible

These are junk! They get a jam that never clears. Stopped working in 6 months time. Just after return window. Very disappointed in Macy’s on this.

Move over Starbucks

This espresso machine has saved us so much money! We've had it about a month and it gets used 4-5 times/day. We make espressos, cappuccinos, iced coffees-you name it. Took a little bit of practice to figure out the right recipe, but overall this machine has been a huge hit in our house.

Wanted to like this but one of us needs therapy

This machine is similar to a friend who needs counseling, high maintenance but may be worth it. I bought it thinking that it would make lattes. It doesn't and I have to keep the hot water that it initially spits out in the cup the dilute the coffee. Early in the morning, before I have coffee, is not a good time to suddenly have flashing icons on the top of the brewer indicating some unknown problem. The brew device is very difficult to click into place on the side of the unit and will give a flashing icon. There apparently is a small button above the brew unit that sometimes has to be pushed in to address another flashing icon. If a coffee bean blocks the intake on the top of the unit, there is another icon. Sometimes it just needs to be unplugged and plugged again. Sometimes the front tray is not completely tight because a coffee cup is on it. That results in yet another icon. The steamer sounds like a screaming cat which is way too much sound for early morning before coffee. Again, high maintenance friend who I really wanted to like but who needs constant care beyond my expertise when I am not awake yet. I wish I had not purchased this and hope it is not too late to return it.

A great option for espresso making!

I will admit that I have multiple coffee making apparatus in my home, including the very one that would be considered the top of the line for automatically making espresso drinks. I purchased the Concierge Elite to have as a backup - during times when the other model might be serviced or, for where I live, during power outages when I would be running a coffeemaker using battery powered backup devices. I was happily surprised to taste the espresso this unit made. It is actually better tasting than the higher priced, more upgraded model I had. Using the same beans in each machine did yield a hotter, more robust and flavorful shot of espresso. Since I tend to drink Americano's mostly, and the espresso shot is the key to the resulting drink, this was just a great find. The price point and the size of this unit make it a great purchase for those who wish to spend a bit less and have something that takes up a little less counter space. A little louder and slower is the only downside I might offer up and that is minimal.

Very impressive!

This is a great little coffee maker! Easy to use and maintain, small counter footprint. And makes much better coffee than our drip coffee maker. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple automatic grinder and espresso maker.

Jammed and won’t work in less than 90 days

Had this machine for less than 90 days and it jammed during normal operation. Called Macy’s, was told the return policy is 30 days. They cannot do anything. Really?? This is not a cheap item and it’s defective and there’s no return or replacement option? Essentially - by at your own risk. A new espresso machine should last at least a year; and that’s on the very low end of the standard. Also, on the very low end of the customer service standard is refusing to accept a return for a defective product when the item is less than 90 days old.

It delivers a great espresso. The machine is easy to use. I had been considering a Jura, but discovered this machine on sale for one-third the price. The other machine offered a ground or whole bean option, but for the price of the concierge, I'm now satisfied with just the whole bean grinder.

Espresso Coffee Perfection

If possible, I would give this Espresso Maker 100 Gold Stars, I love it. It's efficient, easy, the coffee tastes wonderful, it's attractive, doesn't take a lot of space and has a variety of options. It doesn't get any better!

Great Coffee Machine and A Great Value

This machine is comparable to others costing 3 times as much. What I really love is that you can program the amount of water - in both the coffee and also the water (steam) dispenser. The machine is small which is also great, especially if space is an issue.

Ordered, charged, but never delivered

I would advise against ordering this espresso machine from Home Depot, there are plenty of others that carry it online. I ordered it 3/7 with a promised delivery date of 3/14; today is 3/19. I have spoken to HD reps twice (after long holds) and gotten no help as to where it is or when I can expect it. They have no idea and do not care. $499.99+tax has been charged to my card, but they refuse to refund it till they “have time to research it”. Tracking update still says it will be delivered 3/14.

Don’t Overlook Espressione

We love this machine! Perfect coffee, every time. Sleek and modern with a small footprint. Much more economical to use than the Nespresso.
