So much plastic

I had looked for a while for a coffee maker that could use either pods or a filter and yet when I received this, I felt saddened by the huge amount of plastic used. I returned it.

This is such a great single brew coffee maker. I can't believe I spent double and triple on Keurigs before. This really can easily brew k-cups but also real coffee too which is healthier. Both tasty, hot, and fast. It is also so small, I said wow when I placed it on my counter. Now I have more counter space to cook. I bought this for free after using a $65 gift certificate that I got from Best Buy after buying a TV online. Thank you!

Walmart Delivery System is Broken

Maker not delivered to me. It was delivered to an unknow location. 14 minutes on hold waiting to talk with walmart rep. Not the first time but will be the last.

This is my second review. The first one was right after purchase. Big mistake! From the beginning my son and I noticed you had to push the brew button more than once to dispense water. Now, this morning I had to push the button countless times and you could hear the motor is failing. A coffee maker should last longer than 3 months. I'm bringing it back. Do not buy! Junk!

The Hamilton Beach Flex Brew that I had suffered a serious mishap; and because I liked this product so much, I bought it again.

Great coffee maker!

Great coffee maker-the cord is short, that’s my only complaint. I’m not a fan of the reservoir that you have to select your oz that is on other single serve coffee machines-this one you put in how much water you want and it brews a good cup of coffee

Nice while it lasted. Worked for 4 months and stopped brewing all of the water placed in it for each brew. Was hoping to get at least a year out if this thing.

Works great, this one replaces the one I bought a year and a half ago and neglected the recommended vinegar cleaning for 3-4 months until the water quit flowing. Do not neglect the once a month cleaning especially if using every day.

Not absolutely great, but does the job. Must strictly regulate water in order to manage coffee strength. Stream is somewhat random but doesn’t spill.
