Wonderful Espresso Maker

As stated before this is a fine made and functionally designed highest quality machine that will make excellent espresso for you. You control the variables for the coffee, weight/grind, and even the compression from constants provided w/o lots of complex electronics being involved. If you don't want to be involved and just press some button (and you can understand the series of instructions necessary) that's fine and get something else and an excellent extended warranty.

Incredible espresso

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the arm is very wiggly and at this price point, there should be no plastic whatsoever on the machine. The inlay of the tray is made from plastic and while nit picky it bothers me. The instructions aren’t very good, but comiso has EXCELLENT a service. I mean they answer the phone and they help you. It’s incredible. The machine itself if beautiful and produces the most flavorful and frothy espresso.

Wonderful and Durable Espresso Maker

We had this copper/brasss machine and made thousands of excellent cups of espresso. When it was with problems, I repaired it completely with piston, gaskets, seals, and all you imagine is inside! Finally going out in a few more cups (ho ho, a few?) we got the chrome machine and it was just not as good overall, probably the boiler components/metal? Tried 2 Brevilles, a Musica (bad news) and now will get another of this model in copper/brass. It allows control and feedback with any blending you want to do, is fun to use, no electronics to go &^%$^&*$$$...even (did you know?) you can if you dare even adjust the thermostat for temperature? Pressure gage is accurate and another indicator...what else could you want? Someone to pull the shot??!! Go for it!

La Pavoni professional

Totally manual machine. Can make great coffee. Making coffee with it is a production but the results are satisfying when you get it right. Not for anyone wanting to get a cup and run.

We enjoyed it much, and uses it everyday. Makes a fantastic espress and it is beautiful! Its worth it! Keep YouTube videos of how to use as guidance not exactly how they say because it doesn't work. Anyway, patience, you'll get there! lol

La Pavoni Professional

Our household gifted this machine to ourselves for the 2020 holidays and we look forward to years of espresso enjoyment from it. The machine arrived securely packed and included the steamer cup and espresso shot glasses packed in the main box. We are pleased with the quality of the machine and the clarity of the instruction manual. After cleaning the machine according to Comiso Coffee’s La Pavoni care instructions, we were able to pull a decent first shot (we are novice baristas). There’s a lot of nuance to learn and we look forward to getting better at using and knowing our machine. Thankfully there’s a world of supportive articles and videos on the internet. That said, our first few tries have been the same quality we’ve had out at coffee shops around town!

Very nice machine. Heavily and well-built. Looks like it should last forever. Good price. Works very well, just as advertised. Comiso Coffee was very helpful and prompt with the delivery. Only problem is the cappuccinos are so delicious that I need to switch to decaf, or I'll never sleep again. Easy to drink too many!

Looks like art tastes like heaven

I bought my PC16 and a Mazzer Mini grinder 15 years ago and they both still look and operate like new. I wish all my cars, appliances and electronics were built to this level of durability. As many have said, if you are willing to take a little time and get your grind, tamp, bean volume and pull adjusted correctly, you will be hard pressed to find any better espresso anywhere. I have friends that have multi thousand dollar prosumer machines and they agree that the little Pavoni is unbeatable. It doesn’t hurt that I roast my own beans and after 15 years can do this in my sleep (which is usually the case until I get my first jolt of caffeine). I have wrestled with the idea of getting a machine that is faster to heat up so it doesn’t take 20 minutes to get an espresso but realized it would be a compromise. Instead I flip the switch, go shave and come back out to hand craft a little nirvana.

I bought a 16 - professional. Totally awesome. Make 4 to 5 shots a day. I also changed the 3 pin hole frother to a single hole frother. I did this at home depot. You can find it all online.

The fact is La Pavoni Professional is small in size, and it can easily fit in the smallest of the spaces effortlessly. The piston setup provides you hands-on experience on the espresso making and with time you will know how the perfect espresso tastes. Beautiful chrome body and lever operation make it a breeze to do.

Split Shipment

Let me start by saying customer service at WLL is excellent. I tracked my shipment, and the package was delivered right to my door. The only problem was my machine wasn't in the shipment, only the water pitcher and filters I ordered at the same time. I signed off on the delivery electronically, and was worried that I signed off on having received something I didn't. Like I said, customer service is excellent, so I gave them a call, and they verified that the machine would be coming separately. A notice that the shipment was coming in two parts would have saved me some worry, and the need for a service call. I will be a return customer. Your selection is so good, I had a devil of a time making a final selection on which machine to buy. Your videos answered a lot of questions, and raised issues I hadn't considered. I almost spent a lot more, on a less suitable machine. VERY PLEASED with my La Pavoni!

Buy green coffee beans. Roast coffee beans to YOUR preference. Draw perfect shot on your manual machine, after you get the knack (not too difficult). Impress yourself, and your friends, with your newly acquired skill, by serving up espresso that makes everyone go mmmmmmmmm!

Awesome to operate but gets very hot

If you have children, be extra cautious on the location of the machine as it runs very hot on the outside of the chrome. For rapid brewing cycles, you will need to fully release any remaining pressure against the grounds. Overall it's great for entertaining just make sure you keep an eye on the heat.
