The absolute best all-in-one Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino Latte Machine there ever was! You can add your favorite milk or milk substitute to make your fave coffee drink! Super easy to make with just a touch of a button! Always comes out at the perfect temperature too! Oh, and it’s self cleaning!

Since I had this coffee machine, I saved a lot, I don't need to order coffee from Starbucks anymore. You can make hot barista quality espresso, cappuccino, and lattes in a couple of minutes. This machine is well worth the money. Make sure you do follow their recommended cleaning. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

We love this little cafe just outside Vegas that serves these delicious cafe lattes. So my husband got me this little machine so I can make my own when we're not in Vegas visiting our daughter. It works great, you keep the milk in the fridge, add your flavors, pick your foam level... but most importantly, pick good strong beans and grind them fresh! The only con is I don't always feel confident that the inside of the milk steamer is getting clean...I hope so

I purchased one of these and had to return because the espresso came out tan in color and with no flavor. Second machine came and the same thing happened. I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong or if the machine just doesn’t make strong/good espresso as it should. If it was my error, the machine should come with detailed instructions on how to use as the instructions provided were not clear, especially when it came to how to properly tamper the coffee grounds. Sadly sent the second one back too.

I frequent coffee shops on a regular basis and typically order a flavored latte. I wasn't sure how an at home machine could compare but I was pleasantly surprised. This machine by Mr.Coffee was easy to set up and was ready to go after a quick wash. I purchased some espresso beans from a local grocery store and already had a grinder at home. The machine does come with a scoop/tamper, so after pouring the grinds into the filter I used the tamper to compact the grinds and inserted it securely into the machine. Being a newbie with this machine, I felt most comfortable starting with the automatic settings although there is a manual option as well. The options include espresso, latte and cappucino and have the option to make a single or double. I really like that the removable water milk reservoirs are placed on the side for easy removal. I also like that the on/off switch is also on the side which makes it easy to reach. The final result of this machine is absolutely delicious. It does a really great job of steaming/frothing the milk and brewing the espresso to the perfect ratio. I added a little bit of vanilla coffee flavoring as a final touch and it tasted nearly identical to a coffee shop beverage. The only con of this machine thus far is the noise level, but I know that's common with these types of machines so I don't feel it would be fair to dock any stars due to that. It might be a bit of a shock for someone not so familiar with the noise though so I thought it important to mention. I would definitely recommend this espresso maker if you are looking for simplicity at home with a top notch caffeinated beverage as a result

Nice machine, for a short time

We bought this unit about a year ago, used it pretty much only on weekends, nice while it worked, but it didn't last long! The Milk Frother Unit clogs up very very easily with its very small aperture, Impossible (thus far) to find a replacement part for the Frother Head Unit ... one would think that as easily as these clog and difficult/impossible to really clean that they would at least sell replacement parts for them ... but No! My advice ... spend a little more and buy a better-quality unit than this "cheap" option. You'll be buying a nother unit when this one fails in a year or so anyway. Cheap quality ... cheap price!

Worked..at first

bought this for my wife for christmas after we had issues with our old espresso machine. At $250 I thought it would be a decent machine. The first month or so, it worked great, but then the machine started getting clogged or barely brewing any coffee. The frother would not froth milk either. after taking it apart and cleaning it multiple times, the issue never resolved. Would not buy again.

Like other reviews...WAS great.

I bought this 2 years ago and it worked great. I would make lattes frequently or simply just use the frother option (my favorite). However, about a year in, the frother would struggle to pump in the milk. I would hear the pump but it would struggle to disperse milk. My coffee machine has sat for the last 6 months since becoming pregnant and having severe nausea, but this morning I tried to revisit it and now none of the settings are working. Really disappointed.

Don't Buy - Was good until it stopped working.

Don't buy this - I loved this espresso maker until it stopped working. It's so disappointing. I had it on my wedding registry and received it Feb 2020. Yesterday the on/off switch snapped while turning it on normally. Now it won't work, even with manually changing the switch. I called Mr. Coffee and was told since it is outside of the 1-year warranty window, my only option is to take it to a service facility in Bullhead City, AZ - Three and a half hours away!! And that I would be charged for the repair as well. It's so disappointing, it was working well, and I am saddened by the lack of customer service.

I received it last week and have been using it everyday since. It looks great in my kitchen. I do have some concerns about it though. Since I just started using, I’ll wait and see it those concerns will go away. I definitely think it will take time to learn the best way to use it, I’m still learning. I’ve noticed, it doesn’t work well with fine grind. And also, it doesn’t produce the same amount of cappuccino or latte every time in preprogrammed options. Also, mine is leaking small amount of water from bottom of the tank, I did not figure out why yet. I’ll update my review in about a month or when I figure out the problem. Cannot recommend it yet.

I had a ninja coffee maker… it was like drinking tree bark compared to this one. This Mr. Coffee is a learning curve but makes a great cappuccino, latte or espresso. I like that you can basically turn the froth off and make different variations. One review said that not a lot of water was being used and thats right but i can take a 16 oz cup and just hit the latte button 3 times and get the amount of coffee I want in my cup and turn on the froth and add it in manually. In one 16 oz cup I can add a 2 espressos and a latte…or 5 double espresso’s …if you need that kind of kick in the morning? So,if you want instant..get a ninja..it’s doable with this maker with the auto buttons but I like it my way. The machine itself is small in stature..even the you tube video I watched made it look bigger than it actually is. It’s no better or worse to clean than any other coffee maker I’ve ever owned. It’s loud if you use the frothier or when cleaning it but thats not a issue for me. The only con I can think of is …The price, any higher and I probably would have passed it by and i miss my clock. I also bought the burr coffee grinder the newer model. I’m really happy every morning with my coffee.

I was spending too much money on Starbucks. This thing has got site paid for itself in two months. It’s really easy to use. I fill the espresso grounds the night before and put in a seal container. In the morning I grab the milk portion from the fridge, pop the grounds in, and turn it on to heat while I start my morning routine. Once heated, I press the button to start steaming the milk and brew the espresso while I continue my morning routine. When I finish getting ready, I throw a lid on my coffee and press the button to clean the milk frother. While it cleans the frother I empty and rinse the grounds portion. It’s not very many steps and the steps fit in well with my morning routine because it’s really easy to use.

Great for a Persona Coffee Barista

Bought this machine from Costco and love how easy it is to use and maintain. I've learned that super cold milk froths the best - suggest you fill the milk frother unit with milk and store it in the fridge. I get the best lattes when I do that. I would also recommend grinding your own beans, which will require you to purchase a grinder and then whole beans. I grind a week at a time and keep it in an air-tight container. Follow the cleaning instructions, that will help to maintain the machine. Do not use tap water. Too many unknowns in the water. I get water from those water buildings you can find in most communities. They use so many different filtration systems that the water is minimal everything, which will help to keep your machine free of build up.

Not working

This is my third Mr. Coffee and not worth it. The first machine I had was amazing. I got it when I started med school (you can imagine I used it a lot) and it worked perfectly for 2 years. I moved, gave it away and decided to upgrade the model. I got the model before this one. It worked perfect for the first 3 month. The frother stopped working and little milk was coming out even after cleaning the machine. I got it replaced for the new model and now I am going through the same thing... Frother does not work and very little amount of milk comes out. I use the machine mostly in the morning for my cappuccino and after lunch for an espresso. Not happy with the product!

Ok while it works, but don’t expect years of use.

We are one our 4th or 5th device from Mr Coffee. Started with a more basic model that kept dying after about 10-11 months. We were always able to exchange for a new one as they were still under warranty, so stuck with the brand. Upgraded to the One-Touch machine just over a year ago. It worked well for a while, but I have found it very difficult to properly clean the milk build-up in the internal parts of the frothing system. It requires some maneuvering and accessing some tight spaces with a mini-screw driver. Well, this week the frothing system has completely died. We’re about 1 week past the end of the 1 year warranty. Frustratingly, I can’t find instructions for this particular model, to find out how to descale the machine. I have been following the proper cleaning instructions (white vinegar etc) and cleaning regularly.

Fantastic! But it's turned me into a Latteholic!

I love this machine, but I'm spending more money on different beans because I'm drinking more lattes now. Is that a problem? Nope! Some perspective: I live in the Pacific Northwest where coffee is worshiped like a God. Where you can't swing an empty mug without hitting a coffee house, drive through espresso place, or a roaster. Where making a lousy espresso can get you run out of town. Too dramatic? Not for PNWers. For 15 years I've owned an Italian Super Automatic Espresso machine and when it finally went to the big coffee house in the sky I darned near cried - I was crushed. I'm retired now, and couldn't drop that kinda coin on a replacement, so I shopped for manual machines knowing I'd probably end up pining for the good ol' days with my Super Automatic. Saw this Mr Coffee machine, and since lattes are my drink of choice, decided to give it a try. Well, you know what? I don't miss my old trusty Italian machine the slightest bit. I love this Mr Coffee machine THAT much!

Excellent machine.

I *LOVE* the cappuccino this machine makes. It's easy to use and easy to clean up. I have 2 issues, though. The quantity of foam varies from one cup to the next. Even if I make one cup after the other I get varying amounts and sometimes have to manually select and add additional foam after the automatic brewing is complete. This is only a minor annoyance, but it should be fixed.

Fantastic espresso, very difficult to use

I recently bought one of these (from Best Buy, not Amazon). The machine makes very good espresso, at least as good as my Nespresso pod machine. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the portafilter started leaking from the top while brewing. Looking at the machine where it brews at, the white rubber gasket seal had a small cut in it that may have been causing this. I got an exchange for another machine but this one you could not easily insert the portafilter: trying to turn it to the "lock" position was very difficult (even when empty, brand new out of the box; there was no coffee grounds or anything blocking this), and impossible if there was anything actually in it. Talking to Mr. Coffee directly about this, they shipped a third machine to me. This had the same problem as the second. And talking to Best Buy, they opened a fourth and unfortunately it too had the same problem. This makes 1 leaking, 3 very difficult if not impossible to use, all steaming from the portafilter. I don't know if this is some sort of odd manufacturing problem, as I've not seen anyone else report this type of issue. But being that I've tried the machine from both a retailer and directly from Mr. Coffee, it would seem this is more widespread. If it weren't for this, I'd give the machine 5 stars, but it only gets 2 stars because if you can get it to work, it makes very, very good espresso. It's just that it seems impossible to actually make work due to the apparently poorly designed portafilter. It's rather heart breaking because I really want to use this machine, but its poor functionality makes that impossible.

My very own Coffeehouse at home!☕️

I absolutely LOVE my new Mr. Coffee One-Touch Coffeehouse! It was so easy to set up and does not take up too much space on my kitchen counter. After reading the simple instructions, it was time to make my first coffee drink. I started with a Latte...the machine lets you choose a one cup or two cup size which is a nice feature. I decided it was a two cup kinda afternoon..lol..I filled the portafilter with espresso and inserted it into the machine. Next, I filled the water chamber up, and finally, added milk to the reservoir. I aimed the milk dispensing tube into my mug and we were all set to go. I pushed the buttons and what came out after only a few minutes was a delicious latte!!! It was so quick and just the right temperature. I can’t believe all the money I am going to save by making my favorite coffee drinks at home whenever I want. This is a very fancy & luxurious machine and so easy to clean! I would highly recommend this product to any coffee lover. ☕️
