Not worth the price tag

The Jura E8 appeared to have everything, but I was underwhelmed when I received it. The chrome front looks cheap. It is not touch screen. I ended up exchanging for the Breville Oracle Touch and am thrilled with the new machine. Sturdy, efficient, sleek.

Highly recommend! Best coffee system!

We are in LOVE!!!!! There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with our Jura. This is absolutely delicious and delightful. We like the variety of drinks, the aesthetics of the machine, ease of use, and taste of the coffee.

You will be amazed

We previously had a Jura, which we loved, but it died after a long and well-used life. (19 Yrs). I was looking for a new machine when I came across the E8. Some of the features that made me to purchase this new Jura were the PEP process, the improved frothing/espresso drink features, and the quieter operation. I was surprised how easy and intuitive the set up and programming operations were I can now make my caramel macchiato in one step rather than two step. The quality of it's built-in grinder is out of this world. The drinks come out like cafe quality. No comparison to cheap capsule coffees. I am a happy camper.

Love this machine but milk does not get hot

We love the Jura - easy to use, easy to clean and very pretty. We are however are frustrated that milk does not get hot. Jura's solution to the problem is to use a cup warmer to keep hot, but that's not the solution to the issue. I've warmed my cup with hot water too. If you steam milk without adding hot coffee, the milk is barely over room temperature so it isn't hot in the first place. We have all settings at the highest temp. I love a flat white but it just doesn't stay warm. For the money we spent, you would think the milk would get hot. :(

Piano white is a great choice!

This machine is great looking, easy clean and great coffee for the morning. I had an older model of Jura. It was great but so many cleaning steps. This E8 is so easy. I put the cup and pressed the buttons, leave and done.

Crappy Brand

Bought my first one on Amazon didn’t work out of the box. Returned it got refund and drove to buy another one from willlams and Sonoma. 3 days after started using stopped working. Got a refund back to my old drip machine and much richer.

Perfect Fit

This machine is excellent. I can fit my larger yeti cup under the milk drink. Easy to clean and nice. It makes great coffee drinks with ease. I had a Gaggia academia and it performed excellent but this one seems to be a lot easier to work with.

Jura what else

The Jura e8, good god what a machine! From the get-go with the right coffee beans it produced incredible tasting coffee, especially when giving it the assignment for lower temperatures!

The Jura E8 is a fantastic coffee machine it has worked well for me for about a year. I use it nearly every day and make make between 3 and 5 cups of different coffee types. I have the extra wifi chip so I can use the Jura app on my phone. The chip and app are of limited use because the machine has to be on before you can use the app. No remote startup. Other than the wifi chip and app the Jura E8 is great.

Certainly not a cheap product but the quality of this machine is excellent. There's a large range of drinks which are made automatically. They can all be customized to your own taste. The quality of the coffees produced are superb.

Jura E8

We just purchased a refurbished E8. We like it very much, it was packaged well for shipping. My only complaint is that the beverage choices aren't labeled on the menu screen prior to selecting your beverage. Other than that, coffee is good and love the milk cleaning system. Still learning how to use all of the functions.

Jura E8 EC

Super nice so far, very quiet compared to our Jura Impressa C55, very nice coffee specialities, as we drink mostly with milk. Still need to test different coffee beans, but so far so good, a pity that it’s mostly plastic, but at this price, with all the technology it has, they probably had to save the cost somehow.

Great coffee, but...

This is our second refurbished Jura product. The machine makes consistent, excellent coffee. This machine has been rather quirky however. At random times we receive a notification that the grounds bin is full when it isn't. The frustration associated with that fault is taking away from the great coffee that the machine puts out.

Great coffee, but.....

This iteration of the E8 is good but it has one annoying flaw. The coffees pictured have no names alongside. So the only way to know which drink you have selected, is after you have committed to your selection (and you can't cancel). It is my understanding that the next generation of the E8 corrected this and has the names of the coffee drinks right there on the main page

Fantastic coffee

Having experienced a Jura machine in a hotel Europe we decided to ditch an unreliable nespresso machine and buy the E8. We have been delighted with the quality of the various coffees it produces. Seriously high quality.

Love it, love it love it

Great machine that does what it says it will. Makes great coffee , it allows you to easily change settings for 2nd coffee needed. Most made coffee us displayed saving time looking. Cleaning is easy but I wish there was a reminder to clean milk system. Machine tells you to do everything else. Bean holder & drip tray are a bit small so you constantly fill one and empty the other. All in all a great looking machine that consistently provides a great coffee.

Love it love it, love it!

Stylish machine that does what it says it will. Makes good coffee, easy to change settings for 2nd coffee. Gets a bit bossy do this do that! I had a fancier Jura previously and this is do much easier to use. My only complaint is that the bean holder and drip tray are quite small so you are constantly filling one and emptying the other. Love it.

Best money spent

After having 2 Brevilles we gave in after reading Choice magazine saying it was the best auto machine on the market. Spend half an hour playing and it’s set and forget as is the daily milk cleaning which is no hassle at all.

Shocking plastic chrome

We were impressed by a friend's Jura E8 when on holiday recently, and thought we would order one for ourselves here in the UK. Naively I assumed the "chrome" version was the same understated matte silver version our friend owned.
