Great coffee

Initially, I had a terrible time figuring out how to brew my coffee. It would only do 1 oz at a time. Finally, I tracked down the customer service number (1-201-439-1700) and he was great. Turns out you can program your machine to brew different setting. He patiently (I’m 77 so none of this stuff comes naturally). He walked me through it and waited to make sure my 6 oz was perfect.. I’m now very happy with the ease and quality of machine.

Prefect compact machine!

Great little machine! Compact design for smaller spaces but offers the features of a larger espresso machine. Uses espresso capsules, ESE pods, or espresso grounds. Milk frother works well and gets hot.

Excellent easy espresso.

I received this machine as a gift from a dear friend. I brought it to my place of work as it's filled with nurses who are addicted to coffee. We all love it especially the pod option. We're busy and don't always have time to pack down the beans but we can pop an espresso pod in and VOILA! Delicious espresso shots for exceptionally picky coffee drinking nurses with no time to dilly dally with a complex espresso machine. We all highly recommend this machine.

Don't waste your money

It was terrible, I was so excited about the size and the different option with which to make espresso, but it doesn't get hot enough to make a good shot of espresso

very disappointed

Aparently mine is defective or something, because it doesn't work as expected. It takes a lot time, over one min to heat and be able to brew the coffee and when it does it 2 cup selection only pours less than 1 oz of coffee. I don't recommend this product.

Okay machine. Will maybe upgrade

My first espresso machine so nothing to compare to. It makes a great espresso however I find the machine can overheat quickly. After about 2 pulls I need to give it a rest. Not ideal and I don't see it lasting long. Steams/froths milk decently.

We love this 3-in-one espresso machine. Very efficient and style is elegant. Perfect for our little coffee bar.

Very nice for the price

My mom got this a few weeks ago and she really enjoys it. The frother is excellent!

So far , I like it but don't love it. Have a few issues with heating and frothing, but hope it is learning, not bad design. Will see?

Handsome, High Quality, Versatile, Great Value

No matter what I’m preparing, I get a perfectly extracted espresso – and the steam wand is ideal for my daily Americano’s and my occasional latte or cappuccino. This fabulous machine just found a place on my counter and I couldn't be more happy with it. Aside from how well it works, I love the classic look of the machine - and that it doesn't take up much room on my counter. I've always been a fan of preparing my espresso in the traditional method - using ground coffee. But with this machine, gives me the option to use either E.S.E pods or capsules compatible with Nespresso - which is how my husband likes to brew. However we brew it, the 20 bars of pressure is essential for brewing delicious espresso - and it delivers in less than 30 seconds. It also gives us the opportunity to automatically set a volume, and to adjust the coffee temperature. On the occasion I need milk foam, the steam want delivers it perfectly. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
