Looks great. Finicky trying to shut off.

Looks great. Features are wonderful. The different types of spray features are good. Aggravating trying to shut off. If you don't either have it shut off perfectly or slam the handle up hard, it suits and drops constantly. very annoying. try to wash hands quick when in a hurry and have to turn around to turn it back on and slam it off. Wished I would have taken it back and exchanged when I could. Not worth it.

lasted 2 weeks

installed worked great for 2 weeks. noticed faucet dripping. curiosity i just opened the cabinet below sink and yeah flooded under sink. faucet leaking out bottom....

Handle repeatedly falls off

Shortly after having it professionally installed, the handle fell off. My husband has been trying to fix it repeatedly but it just will not stay on. Such a waste of money on both the faucet and installation cost.

Deep sinks are better matched

I can do more than wash dishes, the sprayer is perfect for washing fruits and veggies, keeping soap off sides and in drains is a plus!

incompetent customer service staff

Upon opening faucet box, found it was missing pieces. Was told by customer service representative that this faucet would not be restocked and is unavailable anywhere in the state. When asked if I could order the faucet and get it shipped here I was told that faucet wasn't available and to either accept my refund or choose another brand. After getting my refund, I went back online to find the exact faucet in stock in at least six separate locations within a 50 mile radius. I was successful in ordering the same faucet at the Lexington location with no problems. To whom it may concern, the Orangeburg, SC location is notorious for selling items with missing parts including toilets, faucets, etc. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review but this location has caused our company to lose man hours as well as customers which is making our business look bad. Someone with authority should check the competence of the employees at this particular location unless you like to continue losing customers daily.

Make sure the old faucet can be easily removed.

The product has turned out quite well particularly since I hired a plumber I have used before to remove the old faucet since it required mire tools than I expected to remove the old faucet. He needed a saw to remove the previous faucet. He also ended up installing this new faucet and it works beautifully. Removing the old faucet and installing the new one cost me $186 + the $168 for the faucet. Now that it’s in I am very pleased with whole operation.

We have had the faucet for about 3 months. We really like the solid construction of the faucet and soap dispenser. No leaking and works really well.

Matching soap dispenser is plastic.

The product is good value and the polished chrome finish is attractive. Easy to install. The matching soap dispenser is plastic. It looks fine now, but check back in a year after a lot of usage.

This faucet was recommended with the Singer 33 x 22 Drop in Single Bowl Kitchen Sink. Perfect marriage of products and so attractive. Thanks for the suggestion Wayfair.

Promise not reliable

Paid for the item days ago. Was promised in stock but the ninth of January 2024 . Today is the 15th. No faucet.

Annoying!

We gutted our kitchen, purchased all new everything and I'm pleased with every selection made EXCEPT for this faucet. It looks beautiful but the "sweet spot" to turn it off is extremely small. It's very annoying to think you've turned the water off, to find it's still dripping because the handle wasn't left in just the right position!! So disappointing!! After 2 years of aggravation, I'm finally replacing it but not with a Delta :(

Very beautiful.

This is perfect except for one thing. I’m accustomed to very high pressure. This one doesn’t allow high pressure so it takes a while to fill my tea kettle.

Carefully study videos; getting old out = hardest!

Installation instructions not clear at part of putting lower retaining bracket on hose before inserting hose from bottom side up to spray head….

Nice functional faucet. Check box for all parts.

Nice Looking Faucet with Multi-Functional Sprayer. However, there wasn't any instructions on the box. I had to download them from Delta's website. The box also didn't come with a weight for the hose. I ended up using the one from the old faucet I was replacing.

Great replacement

Great replacement for old, short-kitchen faucet. It comes with a top deck plate to cover the 3 holes and a soap bottle to take the place of the old sprayer hose.

We have been using for a couple of months now definitely a nice upgrade from our old one. The pull down is very smooth (down back up), doesn’t overspray onto the countertop, and the ShieldSpray really works as advertised. I got the black stainless- it coordinates with pewter cabinet hardware in case anyone is wondering like I was.

Great beautifully styled faucet

Needed to replace an aged pewter finish faucet I had loved for about 18 years, but it was leaking and then the sprayer leaked causing minor flooding under the sink! I decided to go with an all in one type faucet and found this black stainless that was somewhat close to the aged pewter in color. Since I needed to cover the unneeded holes, I had to get one with an escutcheon. This faucet fit all my requirements and has a beautiful finish and style. Am very happy with my choice and the faucet works beautifully.

Broke in mere weeks

This is absolutely terrible. Whatever holds this up stopped working right in about two weeks, and it wouldn't pull all the way up. Now, four months after we bought it, the nozzle just hangs there, and it's awful. This should last far longer, and now we're stuck trying to locate our paperwork and trying to get a warranty replacement, which is a major pain. Who wants to uninstall and install again?

Lifetime Limited Warranty

I ordered this item because at Lowes it was the most economical of all the Delta Brand Pull Down Kitchen Faucets. It was installed in a "Mother-In-Law Apt. in my home. I have a more expensive Delta Pull Down Faucet in my kitchen that I dearly love. I can truthfully say, this faucet is just as pretty and functional as the more expensive model. Also, my plumber of some 45 years, always cautions me to purchase Delta Brand Products. Love the Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finishes for a lifetime to the original purchaser.
