The American Standard Spectra brushed nickel rain shower head was easy to install. It works great.
Works like a view master, but in two directions.
Unique selector. Since I don't use massage, I can rapidly click once or twice back and forth to the pattern I want. Be prepared to steady it if used on an extension, it takes some doing. Got the low flow model to prevent running out of a small hot water tank and it does the job nicely.
