Amazing breast pump!!

I bought this item whilst still pregnant. I actually initially used it for pumping colostrum and it was absolutely amazing! I ended up with so much which has already come in handy for our new bub. This is not something I would have been able to do manually as I was getting such small amounts. It is so easy to use and go through different settings and pain free! I am excited for my breast feeding journey with the assistance of the spectra! Definitely recommend this to any pregnant mummas and my best baby purchase yet!

I bought this after having trouble expressing in hospital and glad I did. It is easy to use and provides great suction. It is quiet so you can use it in common areas or whilst baby is sleeping. I love the timer and that it shuts off automatically.

Great breast pump

Love it! Nice pump, works well and fast. Fairly quiet. Battery lasts so long! Can do double or single. Doesn’t take up too much space. Collection bottles have a storage top and nipple top which is nice. Would buy again and recommend to others.

This is THE best pump I’ve ever used. I was able to compare it to the expensive symphony and let me tell you they perform the same but spectra is only a fraction of the price of the symphony. This pump is re-chargeable and has a nifty nightlight for those in the middle of the night pump sessions. There is 10 vacuum settings and several cycles so you can customize it to your preference.

Terrible product

Awful product! Please don’t waste your money. After only a few days of receiving my spectra pump it broke. I contacted spectra and they refused to replace it. They said it was my fault it wasn’t working. Very very disappointing. I am now back to using my medela which I’ve had for over 3 months and hasn’t given me any grief. I wanted to try the spectra because it looked like a good product. I was obviously wrong.

I’ve tried many sets of different pumps, and this one is an absolute favorite. It has a great suction with multiple different levels to fit your needs. I love that you can add bigger bottles for those who might need more room like me as an over producer you can also use either one or both pumps at once, which is nice because sometimes I like to pump one side at a time. The bottle and the parts are very easy to take apart and clean and put back together. I like that the pump is rechargeable I don’t have to have a plugged into the wall. It is also nice at night because it has a light on top with two brightness levels which is nice to be able to see things!

After 3 months with my baby, I’ve grown to enjoy pumping and feeding by bottle. I absolutely love my Spectra. It pumps quickly, empties efficiently, and is comfortable to use. However, the pump is quite large and not convenient for travel or work. I have to sit down for about 15-30 minutes to finish pumping and can’t get anything else done during that time. Before I bought a hands-free pumping bra, I was frustrated having to hold the bottles with both hands, which limited me even more. Cleaning the pump is quick and easy. The battery life is decent, and while it’s not silent, the noise level isn’t bothersome. Despite its size, I love how well it works for pumping at home.

This pump is my holy grail pump. The settings are very easy to understand after a few uses and the suction power is amazing. This pump is also very portable and the battery lasts a very long time. I charge the pump every two days and I use the pump 8 times a day. The noise level isn’t too loud. I can pump in the same room as my husband and newborn without waking them. The nightlight is also a great touch!

Really enjoying this breast pump. Has good suction and is comfortable. I like that it has a battery so it can be portable for a while if needed. Not too loud and doesn’t have too many parts to clean. I got through insurance but had to pay an upgrade fee which has been worthwhile!

Great hospital grade breastpump which helped support my breastfeeding journey. I had mastitis twice within the first 3 weeks postpartum and was very unwell in the hospital. This pump helped relieve the engorgement and pain which came with is when bub wasn't able to latch well and also helped build my supply back up from mastitis. I have been able to build a solid freezer stash and will continue to use this pump when I go back to work next week.

Best pump !

This was my 4th pump. I had worked my way through the entire medala range because I could buy locally. Spectra is by far more powerful & battery life is amazing! I can pump the same or high quantity in half the time. Despite the size it’s relatively light and not worth compromising on a smaller option. Don’t waste your money on other pumps!

My wife uses this pump multiple times per day. It’s not perfect, but I feel like it does a good job making something very personal and intimidating, to be approachable. If you read the instructions, it’s user friendly. Once you set the suction levels to what works, it’s a matter of using only 2 buttons to operate it. The main complaint my wife has is that the flanges are hard plastic and not ergonomically shaped, which makes getting and maintaining a good seal difficult at times. Overall, though, this is a nice pump.

I have been using this pump for 9 months and I have no regrets about it. It’s rechargeable which is the best thing I love. Secondly the suction strength is amazing but leaving no pain. It also has a light as you can see in my pic which can help I pump at night. The parts is easy to clean and sanitize. Highly recommend for new moms

Absolute game changer!!!! I’ve just bought the S1 for my second baby. I was originally using another well known breast pump brand and the spectra is ahead of the rest. I am now pumping both ******* at same time within 10-15mins compared to my other one it was a single pump and took me 40mins to pump both sides.

Absolutely love! Best pump I’ve found so far! And the price is great! It doesn’t hurt and empties me perfectly! Love love love that it’s portable, I take it everywhere. And the light helps so much at night time. I exclusively pump due to unforeseen circumstances and this is the pump I use everytime. It’s amazing. Would recommend possibly buying extra parts tho, just so you don’t have yo do so much cleaning haha. Has nothing to do with the pump. Would definitely buy again!

Lifesaver so far when you can't breastfeed

I'm so glad I bought this pump during pregnancy as I have had issues getting baby to latch from the start. So have been expressing and bottle feeding every 3h. Love the night light and different cycle modes. Once I researched which cycles work best I got a decent output. The only problem are the flanges. I used the 24mm for the first 5 weeks but was in pain and very sore from pumping. My lactation consultant didn't do any measurements or dealt with my pump issues but got me a 20mm ****** shield. So I assumed it was the correct size and decided to get the 20mm ****** size only to find out it was still too big. Had to order the 16mm to now feel fairly comfortable on the pump. Every time I had to spend $23 on shipping so totalling $134 spent on getting ****** sizes. My other wearable pump comes with 3 different size inserts.

The Absolute Best Pump!

The literal best pump. I have been nursing and pumping for over three years straight between my two kids and have tried 6 different pumps! This is by far the best pump I have ever used. I buy my flanges separately through Maymom. I have been able to donate over 3000oz using this pump. 10/10 recommend.

Saved my milk supply

Was using a MomCozy portable pump which affected my milk supply greatly. Decided to give pumping one more try by using this pump. My milk supply has TRIPLED in one week. I have only needed to supplement with formula a small amount for my twins because of this pump. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

I got the spectra s1 plus breast pump through insurance. It is so bulkier but it isn’t heavy. The suctioning felt so light and soft. I only charge the battery about 30 minutes and the battery was already halfway full. It’s so happy to not be tied down to plug in pump, I can bring the machine go anywhere in my home. The noise level so slow, it is quieter than another breast pumps. The parts are easy to assemble once you get the hang of it. Easy to do, easy to clean. When I pumped at midnight, it has the light help me to see the tape on the machine.
