The day I received the rugs I saw they were on sale for $38 less. I called and asked if I could have the discount since I just received them. The agent said since they were shipped the answer is "No". The day I received them I called---most companies would give the discount. It isn't like I received them a day or more later. Bad customer service. This is what prompts me to never order from you again.

Matching Runner

Before ordering this runner, my wife and I had just purchased a round area rug for our entranceway at a furniture store. We would like to have also purchased a matching runner for the adjacent hallway, but the store didn't carry that item. My wife conducted a search online using info from the round carpet label. She was elated to find the matching runner on your website. We have been walking on these rugs daily for the past two weeks now and are very happy with the durability, feel and look.

This is the 7th rug I've purchased from the Sphynx Ariana collection. This shade of blue goes perfectly with my dark blue sofa set. Thick & plush pile. Wears well. Easy to vaccuum. Excellent quality rug for the price. A national chain rug store in Cincinnati is selling the same rug rug for twice the price.
