We are very happy with the look and the quality of the rugs. We bought an oblong one for the front room and a round one for under the dining room table. They are beautiful and soft and plush to walk on. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rugs. I’m glad we found Incredible Rugs.

I really like the vivid and varied colors and designs. It is nice and thick and feels really good to walk on. I appreciated the free pad and the option to return without a restocking fee if I wasn’t satisfied. I’d buy it again. Also had timely answers to my questions before ordering. Over all a good experience. Thanks!

This is a very attractive rug in an Indian pattern, and it has opened up the space in my sitting room because it's smaller than the old, moth-eaten (literally) rug it replaced. By the way, it's made of polypropylene, so moths won't touch it.

I think my objections to this rug are likely not useful to anyone else, but FWIW:

Rug is just as advertised. Colors are true, thickness is satisfying , customer service was excellent.

Not what I imagined

The color was not what I was expecting. It is more rust colored than maroon. This can happen, I understand, with online purchases. It's not as beautiful in person as I, personally, imagined, but the quality is good and could be great for someone else depending on their preferences.
