No customer service from the manufacture. None.

The grill arrived on time (thank you Home Depot). One of the parts slightly bent and dented (box looked to be in perfect shape).I thought I would just contact the manufacture and they would send a replacement part. I sent several emails over a year ago and I am still waiting for a reply.The pictures on the page show a rotisserie in use.You would think for $2,700 they could have included such a thing.Nope. Has the burner with the control for the burner labeled with a rotisserie icon.Out of space

The grill was delivered with out all the parts. One month later still do not have all parts. Very frustrating would not order again.

Awesome grill

Love the grill .. for the price I wish it would of had a few more lil options ..like an attachment for grill utensils., bottle opener and rotisserie attachment should of came with it ..lil things matter..but besides all that. I love it..looks great cooks great

For $2500+ we shouldn't have to keep taking apart the guts of this great looking grill trying to get the igniter to work! We could have built one ourselves with on-line components in the time we have spent on this. As previous reviewer, Alex explained, setting up this heavy grill takes time. First we had to line up two strong guys to help us get the pallet with grill moved and lifted 3 steps up onto our deck. Then came assembly. Explanations of what screws go where on the stainless top did not match our grill style and holes. The biggest problem which another review mentioned is that the igniter DOES NOT WORK. We followed all the troubleshooting suggestions before contacting "customer service." A friendly rep emailed photos and explanations of how to dis-assemble grill to reach the igniter. My husband was half way through and we realized that info did not match our grill. Once again shelves, brackets and screws had to be re-installed. We notified rep and he said he'd do some research since there is no other instruction guide for this newer grill. That was a week ago and we still haven't gotten any messages since. We used the grill's 5 burners for chicken but had to remove the grates in order to get our lighter near the gas source of each of the 5 for flames to start. Ugh. At least the chicken turned out tasty!

We love the look of the grill. Was not hard to unpack but struggled a little with where screws went. We have used it and the food cooks quickly. We also like the trash can attached and the extra space for pans or whatever.

Disappointed

My neighbor recently bought an island from Home Depot and it’s beautiful. I was so excited to order something similar but was very disappointed when the product showed up. For the price, this grill is absolutely not worth it. Fake stone, China made, flashy but low quality . Will return without a second thought

Protective wrap leaves behind horrible residue

Protective wrap leaves behind horrible residue on the stainless steel & its not raised so very difficult for adhesive removers to get it out. Its also a lot of work to do so-I have contacted the manufacturer-if they cannot resolve I will ask Home Depot what to do to replace, so disappointed. Its going to be a beast to return to since this took a moving company with 2 guys to deliver it!!! Don't know how I can give good stars--haven't attempted to use yet until we can find out how to resolve.

Heavy and Awesome!

I have yet to use this grill. Just put it together and got it in place. Yes, its heavy. Yes its high quality and well made. I was not hesitant after reading the reviews and glad I bought it. On casters its a huge plus. This is delivered on a pallet. I had 6 strong guys and we found it easiest to unwrap, lift off pallet onto ground. The packaging comes with plywood protective boards about 3x5ft around it. We used those moving them end over end through the backyard grass by pushing and into place.

The best things about this grill are that it has a huge cooking surface and it is more stylish than your average grill. There is cooking room for the biggest families and parties. If you do a lot of outdoor entertaining, but do not want a built-in grill, this would be an excellent option for you. It would look great in an outdoor kitchen.This grill also heats up super quickly so there is not a lot of waiting time. I really liked that feature. I like the storage it provides as well.

[Rewarded Review] Fantastic grill!!!

Fantastic grill but starting at the beginning, this is a very heavy grill weighing around 400+ lbs. The total shipping weight is 545 lbs. You will need at least 4 strong people lifting the grill and possibly another person removing the wooden platform. Unpacking could be a lot better for removing the grill off the pallet and wooden platform. The wooden platform that keeps the grill from rolling around could be better designed for easier removal. A little tip: if you want the entire grill off the pallet to save a step, have the delivery company remove the grill from the pallet since they would already have the pallet jack there to do the job. Otherwise you might have to rent a pallet jack to do this step. With the help of a motorcycle jack, a reciprocating saw, and some pieces of wood, my wife and I were able to safely unload this huge grill.

[Rewarded Review] Best Grill!

This is an extremely nice grill and the best grill I have ever owned. It comes 90% assembled, all I needed was to add the shelving and handles. Comes with caster wheels for easy movement. Halogen lights give it a nice touch for nighttime grilling. Wife loves the aesthetic and can easily make an outdoor kitchen more high end. Grilled vegetables and wings the first night. Heat is evenly dispersed and is true to the temperature setting. Plenty of surface area for large amounts of food. Only downside, the grill is 550lbs and will be delivered from a freight. You will need help getting it to your designated area.

What a great grill. Let’s start from the beginning: the box this comes in is super well packed. The box is on a specialized pallet just for the grill. The carton is lined on all 4 sides with 1/4” plywood. The grill is further protected by styrofoam and plastic protective wrap. Awesome packing. Weighs 550 lbs. After unboxing, the grill is on already installed wheels for easy moving. Assembly is simple with good directions. Grill is fully assembled except for 3 handles and the side extensions. Handles just screw in from the back of the doors. Side tables screw into pre-attached bolts. Very easy. Place grills onto surface and you’re done. Built in lights are pre-wired, just plug into extension cord. Propane tank mounts onto slide out drawer with screw down locking mechanism. Included garbage can slides out for use and emptying.
