It Broke!

Purchased this $200 shower head and face plate, August 2024 for a second bathroom that was hardly used. November 2024, the shower head became detached (broken plastic piece) from the arm. Should not have broken at all and certainly not after 5 uses.

The hand held is nice. We’ve had this for over a week. It meets our expectations.

Broke After Two days of use

I am Moen tried and true. I've used them for years due to the quality. I was a bit surprised it was literally all plastic composite material when I opened the package.

The worst faucet

This is the worst faucet we have ever had. I do not recommend it, it is very noisy, like it costs 10 dollars.(

Plastic connector broke ...

I have this same shower system in my oth...

I have this same shower system in my other bath and like so much about it that decided to put it in my second bath.

we had to bring back the original Moen shower spray because after using it 4 times the hose burst. Hopefully this was a fluke.

Easy to install. Love the magnetic head. Looks great.

The shower head, the 3 connections. Need better construction per say. Needed to have Teflon tape redone 3 or 4 times. The concept is fine. Need to have some Teflon tape like on the fixtures themselves other than me putting the same.

It’s great just like all the other Moen products we have in all out three bathrooms

really liked this shower faucet. very gentle in releasing water with plenty of water coming out. also very quiet. A++++++++++

Moen is garbage

I've had this unit for 2½ years and are have had to replace the cartridge 3 times already cause its freezing or scolding. Had a delta before it was 10 years old and worked perfectly

I don’t have any comments at the present time.

Only 1 setting

Three year old product and the button to change spray patterns no longer works. Stuck on one pattern.

Weak flow

This shower Head/combo was very disappointing. With all the settings you would think we’d be able to find one that would be acceptable. The flow of the water was so weak. We’re gonna have to buy new showerhead.

Wonderful product. We are only four showers in, but look forward to many years of usage.

A very nice man who works there helped my find what I wanted! It looks great and works great in mu shower!
