Came with excellent packaging...quite impressive! Husband says it was easy to install, but he has electrical skill so hard to say how a novice would do.

The light fixture is beautiful!

I expected better design and manufacturing than this on a product costing almost $400! . One of the bolts (that the front screws on to the back) was missing its lockwasher. But those bolts will come loose anyway and you would have to un-mount the fixture from the wall in order to tighten them. I epoxied mine to prevent that problem. . All of the wiring is attached to the front panel. So in order for you to connect its wires to the wires coming out of the wall, you will have to either have someone hold the front panel for you while you connect it, or improvise a temporary way to hang it (which is what I did). . The 2 Mtg holes on the backplate don't line up with any studs in the wall. Yes, Livex provides drywall hanging screws, but those don't look like they will hold 12 pounds. So I found my studs and drilled corresponding holes in the backplate. . There were two scratches on the front panel. . Two of the six light arms were crooked. I had to adjust them with a crescent wrench. . The styrofoam packaging was falling apart, but fortunately none of the glass globes were broken.

Modern, high quality and perfect lighting .

Elegant fixture - good light above the sink area. Low maintained and high usage resulting in superior longevity - we like this light fixture very much! I like the opportunity to have more light or less while simply controlling the number of light fixtures - lighting up all or just some of them. The chrome accents match perfectly the edges of wall mirrors hanging on the wall by the sinks.

Not worth the price

This is a low-quality fixture, especially for the price. The mounting plate appears to be a flimsy, very bendable piece of aluminum, and it's attached to the wall through only two relatively small screw holes. Because of this, it takes some work to get the fixture to sit flush on the wall, even if the mounting plate is flush. I would be concerned about the fixture falling off the wall, but the rest of the fixture is lightweight flimsy metal too, so....definitely not worth the asking price.

We purchased this new lighting for our bathroom remodel. It's just what we expected as far as looks and style. Installation was easy however it only attaches to the wall by two small areas, one on each end, with a small finishing nut. Doesn't seem to grab with very much bite. I just hope it doesn't fall off the wall someday.

Poor design

The light panel is so flimsy that when the bulbs and bulb shades are attached the light panel won't be flush to the wall; they're too heavy for the light panel. In fact there's a large gap. And you can't fix it because the wall panel is not long enough to support the length of the light panel. Very poor design. Who ever engineered this should be fired.
