Good and Affordable

Gets the job done and affordable. The brushed stainless steel finish is slightly difficult to keep spotless. Overall a product that does its intended job. The crumb tray is easy to remove and replace. The toaster is easily adjusted to suit your preference. The dial is accurate to how well done you would like your toast. In the 3 years I’ve had this toaster, I’ve only burnt my bread maybe a handful of times. It has successfully toasted bread to English muffins to bagels. Unfortunately, my toaster randomly stopped working after 3 years of use. Not too upset considering the affordable price but disappointed considering it was used what I consider an average amount and kept in good condition. I recommend this toaster to those who prefer a stainless steel look and want to keep to a reasonable budget.

[Rewarded Review] Powerful Lil Beauty!

Right out of the box, this toaster looks like a winner. It manages to look modern and yet attractively retro at the same time. It would fit nicely in any kitchen style setting. Of course, looks mean nothing if it can't perform! I'm pleased to say this baby can toast up some bread in a hurry. I must confess, my first try was not a success. I had far underestimated the toasting ability of this little guy. I figured moderately priced toaster, probably moderate toasting ability too. WRONG! My first two slices I set to toast at level 4, right in the middle of the dial. I knew I could always hit toast again for a second cycle if it needed more time. HA! I thoroughly burned those first two slices! I must say though, they were quite EVENLY burned, front, back, and to the edges. Now that I determined this thing is a power toaster, I switched my dial all the way down to level 1 and tried again. Perfect toast, lightly and evenly golden brown just the way I like it. Know this...this toaster will toast right up, and fast, just be sure to learn the dial settings. I'm impressed with the high performance in an attractive package. It has a bagel setting and extra wide slots to accommodate them too. Dials are very straighforward, thankfully. No one has time to be fumbling with a confusing fiddly appliance when you're trying to hurry to dash out the door in the morning! It has exactly what you need in a dependable morning workhorse, and looks lovely doing it! This is a good buy!

We use this toaster almost everyday. It cooks evenly and it easy to use. I really like how wide it is. Perfect for bagels. I think the quality is great. It’s easy to clean after each use. This is the perfect toaster for any household. With the stainless steel look, it is modern and matches many different decor. I especially like the extra wide slots for being able to toast a variety of breads. It also has the toast boost, which allows for easy access to those thinner slices. [Rewarded Review] Roomy toaster

This toaster is a little larger than a normal toaster but its very roomy to accomodate bigger items to toast. I made a grilled cheese hamburger and it toasted it perfectly. The crumb tray was very easy to slide out to dump out any accumulated crumbs. Next i will be toasting my bagels and with the larger space, I won't have to worry about them getting stuck and having to pry them out of the toaster. Will definitely recommend this to others.

I have been making toast with the Hamilton Beach 2 Slice Toaster with Extra-Wide Slots. I enjoy the clean looks of the toaster, and it toasts well, dealing well with various widths of bread. It also did well when using frozen bread, producing a warm and slightly toasted slice. This toaster has buttons to cancel the toasting process and to toast a bagel; I did not miss other buttons you might find on a basic toaster, such as reheat or defrost - just using the regular setting seemed to work fine for these instances. It also toasted bagels well.

I absolutely love my new toaster! I love the fact that it has extra wide slots so I can do toast and bagels. It’s so easy my kids can even use it with no problem at all. Its toasts each side evenly. I love the tray on the bottom for easy cleanup with the crumbs as well. I also like that it’s stainless steel so it’s easy to clean. With 3 kids, the easier stuff is to clean up is the best. I use this every morning and sometimes even throughout the day with how quick it is.

The Hamilton Beach 2 slice extra wide slots was extremely easy to use in the morning. I used it to make a bagel and have to say it cooked quickly. It has 5 settings of which I used number 3. 3 would be great for most people but I like lightly toasted so for me 2 probable would have been a better choice. While the slots are slightly bigger than a standard toaster however, for store bought bagged bagels that you still somewhat have to tear apart, they should be a little wider as it didn’t pop up on its own but it was easy enough to push the release and it come up. Overall the toaster was easy to use and worked great and had a sleek design.

[Rewarded Review] Fits bigger bagels and Texas toast!

First of all, this toaster looks great on any countertop. The classic chrome/stainless steel gives it that nostalgic look. The slots are wider and deeper than some standard models so bigger bagels, Texas toast, and thicker breads fit with no problem. I did accidentally break the toasting selector knob. I was too excited to use it and bypassed the directions. Good thing is glue fixed it right up and I was back in business. As with other toasters, please cycle through some toastings with nothing in the slots. There is a smell that needs to "burn off", check the directions, they advise as well. The bagel selector button works great and the cancel button makes it super simple to stop the toast if you think it's done enough. The crumb tray is HUGE and gives great access to dump out any crumbs. Obviously let the unit cool down before handling and make sure you unplug the unit before tapping out the crumbs. This great looking toaster will help serve all of your toasting needs.

I love this toaster. Bagels fit easily as well as regular bread. It has a sleek design and is extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new toaster. I received the 2 Slice Toaster with Extra-Wide Slots to try and review. The toaster came sealed tightly in a box. The toaster has a nice, shiny design. It doesn't weigh much and it doesn't take up much space on my counter top. It is quite simple to use. Plug it in, put your bread or bagel in the slots and turn the dial to your desired crispiness. There's even a button that is for bagels. I cannot stress enough how easy this is to use. After a few uses it is recommended you clean out the crumb tray. And that itself is easy as well. It slides out of the bottom at the back of the toaster. Very simple, easy and quick to use this toaster. Of course the outside of it gets warm, so be wary of that. Other than that, I have no complaints. It is very well made and easy to clean.

I really like this toaster as it has several features that are really convenient. I have only used it a few times so far, but I am very happy with the way It works. It shuts off automatically which is really nice so if the toast gets stuck you don't have to worry about it burning. It can also be canceled at anytime during the toasting process. The toast boost is a plus as it helps you getting the toast out a lot easier without burning yourself. Even though the slots don't look that wide they are large enough to accommodate bagels or thicker sliced bread or english muffins. It's not a fancy toaster, but the finish is a nice brushed stainless steel which matches my other appliances nicely and it has a nice design to it. It doesn't take up much room on the counter, and I can easily store in my cabinet if I need to. I really like the convenience of the slide out crumb tray which makes it for easy cleaning. Just pull it out and empty any crumbs. It's a simple toaster to use and toasts bread evenly. It has a dial with 7 heat settings, so you can be sure to get the perfect browning you like. I use the 3 which is my favorite as it browns so nice and evenly. It also has a bagel setting. Its easy to clean even when you get fingerprints on it. Just wipe it off. As with any new toaster it did have a smell with first use, but no big deal, it doesn't last. It is light weight, but is sturdy enough. It may not have all the bells and whistles but for all the features it does have it makes it a great functioning toaster. I have no complaints and very happy with it at this time.

The toaster has a dial for light to dark toasting options. It includes a toaster boost to capture smaller sized bread. A crumb tray catches crumbs for easy cleaning. This is a wonderful toaster choice for exceptional toasting and easy cleaning!

This toaster is all stainless, light weight, and a lengthy crumb tray. Quick toasting. Great size for a small appliance. I used the 3 to 4 setting for toasting doneness. I selected three items to test: Sesame bagel, thick cut waffles and a brioche croissant roll. The bagel toasted even and golden brown on the inside and lightly toasted the outside. I did use the "Bagel" button, to lengthen the toast time. I was concerned the sesame seeds would over toast and they were not! The brioche croissant roll was evenly toasted on a 3.5 toast, and I would lower it to a 3, as there was a little too much browning around the entire edge. The thick cut waffle was toasted to a light crisp, and I topped it with peach ice cream. I flipped the waffle in the toasting process, even used the cancel button, as I watch it toast and the toasting held up nicely to the ice cream. Impressed! I do recommend reading the instructions before use, as it does tell you what you should not toast, any items with frosting, like pop tarts and pastries. My only dislike was the cord it should be located on the opposite side away from the controls and could be a bit longer, so you can reach the electrical outlet with less obstruction. Overall, I liked it, enjoy!

This toaster is packed with some pretty awesome features. It comes with wide slots for large items to be toasted, lifts toasted items up higher so they don't get stuck and an auto shutoff feature. As well as, a very convenient tray underneath for removing crumbs. It features 7 toasting levels, a bagel setting and a cancel setting. It also includes a status light to indicate the bagel setting is activated.
