Good looking with a perfect toast. Great for bagels and bread. Would recommend and buy again, great toaster.

Lovely toaster. The long slots are really useful. I find the defrost button very useful too. Variable temperatures for different types of bread, great once you've worked out which number works best for the type of bread you're toasting.Easy to empty crumb tray. Looks very smart on my worktop too.

It's a pity that it is discontinued

I bought this toaster with the additional sandwich tongues, and we absolutely love it. The toasting is fairly consistent, it's not common to burn the bread. Also I see that the toasting levels are well-set. You don't need to toast on max setting all the time.

4 slice toaster disappointing

Toast takes forever to toast and when I have it on 5, 6 or 7, it never pops up - just keeps getting more and more like a brick to eat. When I make it pop up, it is either too toasted or half of one slice is part toasted and part white, still always very hard to eat. It certainly is not worth the price.

Love it - perfect consistent toast

This toaster is solidly built, well designed and produces great toasted bread, muffins and bagels. So very pleased.

Quality construction, uneven toasting

Our last two toasters were Breville Smart Toasters that worked well when they worked, but they died prematurely. We replaced the second Breville with a motorized Cuisinart that matched the Breville's features on paper, but was a huge disappointment in both functionality and performance, and ultimately was returned within a week. Being a fan of Zwilling's various brands, we decided to try the Enfinigy which has most of the Breville's features, but a much more appealing price tag. So far we're mostly pleased. The controls are intuitive and there are no gimmicks to contend with (looking at you touchscreen toasters). The only disappointment is uneven toasting in two slots. At this point we think we can live with the toasting performance if it means having a reliable, long-lasting toaster.

Good toaster!

I love the look of this toaster and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. It has easy to use features like a defrost button and a bagel button. It’s toasts pretty evenly, too! My only complaint is it gets hot on the outside, which is not a feature found on other products that are part of this line like the kettle. Overall though this is a solid product.

Wonderful toaster

Best toaster I’ve ever owned, hands down. Not only is it sleek in appearance, but it functions wonderfully. There is a tray at the bottom of the toaster that collects crumbs which makes it much easier to clean than other toasters I’ve owned from other brands. It truly toasts perfectly.

Big but good

A bit pricy for a toaster and takes up a large area on the counter. But the toast is good, and the design, while bulky, is lovely. Feels solid and not cheap.

Warm and toasty

I really like that this toaster warms the thick bread or bagel half before toasting—or at least you don’t have a burned bagel that’s cold inside. I love this toaster—and it’s pretty!

Quality Toaster!

I’ve been using this toaster for 4 months and it’s very reliable. It toasts evenly on both sides. It also has great features like reheating and defrosting. I would definitely recommend this toaster!

Not impressed

I like the look of this toaster. However, the quality is not there/less than what I expected. It does not toast evenly, the buttons cracked from normal use, and the overall quality the toaster gives cheaply made parts. I would not recommend this toaster outside of the looks. I purchased several of the Enfinigy line of products (tea kettle and scale) and I feel the same way about them.

Elegant design

The product itself is elegant. And it's easy to clean and operate. The control dial button looks so professional when you operate the machine and the light is on.
