Regular top Quality

This toaster is great for regular size bread. Unfortunately I had to return it for one that takes all sized of bread. But I have never been disappointed with All-Clad.

I’m in love with this toaster, easy to use and performs like you would expect All Clad to.

Somewhat disappointed

Works ok but it's not the quality we are accustomed to with All-Clad products.

Broken in 6 months

This was a gift from my mother. We own several All-Clad products and was very excited to receive this beautiful toaster. Unfortunately after less than 6 months the handle would not stay down in its own. The solution given by Customer Service was unacceptable and they would not refund or send a new toaster. For a $200 product, I would expect more from this company. I am incredibly disappointed by the product and more important, the poor Costumer Service I have received.

Good but lacking

I bought this recently because I love All-clad and always wanted the toaster. But to my disappointment, the slots are not long enough. They do not accommodate a longer slice of bread. My old toaster accepted every size length and width. This is surprising for all-Clad. Unfortunately, it is not returnable because it was purchased at one of their sales.

Unpleasantly suprised

Very disappointed - on LIGHTEST setting, bread/toast was very dark brown. Returned promptly.

Gift for our son. It works great and looks wonderful in his newly remodeled kitchen.

I expected better.

I bought this 2 years ago. Dead as a door nail. I thought it would last longer.

Disappointing toaster and disappointment with WS

We are on our second toaster. The first broke after the first use. Shame on William Sonoma for not allowing us to return this item after 1 day and one use. All clad warrantee the toaster and sent us a new one which broke two months later. I am disappointed with William Sonoma and their return policy. Beware what you buy from this company and the lack of care.

BAD PRODUCT not one BUT ALL

The same toaster has been replaced three times, the first and the 3 replacements had the same problem with the handle not sticking down. Toaster handle Stops sticking down after 1-2 months. We contacted All-Clad the THREE times for the same issue, after we received replacement number 3, it stopped working again - this time All-Clad is not even bothering answering our e-mails. We went to Williams-Sonoma to inform them about the situation with the 3-replacements and the no answer situation now, the manager just offered the 20%-employee discount to buy a new or keep dealing with All-Clad - PLASE DON'T BOTHER BUYING THIS PRODUCT, REALLY BAD QUALITY. I'm not happy with All-Clad and the way they have been handling our problem, why they don't offer a different product without this problem. Answer from Williams-Sonoma is not good either, at the end they should be co-responsible for the issue and provide a better solution. At this point I'm throwing this toaster to the garbage can and not going back to Williams-Sonoma and never buy again a All-Clad product. Where is the customer satisfaction of these two brands. This would have never happened with Amazon, and the reason why they are bigger and bigger and the brick-and-mortar stores are a thing of the past.

Didn't last long

Completely failed in 14 months of infrequent use. While it did function, it was a good (if sort of cheap-looking) toaster that had pretty even heating. The die-cast one from Breville that I have at another home is superior in performance & appearance and is still working after 6yrs though, so I won't replace this short-lived All-Clad one with another AC.

Didn't even know ALLCLAD made toasters! Very slick model and toasts just the way you want it. Best toaster ever!

No quality control

Our 2-slice All-Clad arrived today. Plugged it in and nothing happens. Doesn't do anything. Doesn't turn on. Lever doesn't stay down. No lights, nothing. So unimpressed. Doesn't All-Clad test their products before shipping them? Apparently, not. No quality control.

Toasts Sometimes

Prepare to be underwhelmed. We've had this toaster a little over two years and I don't believe it has toasted evenly anytime we've ever used it. Sometimes it toasts more sometimes less. It died about a week ago which prompted me to leave this review. I contacted both crate and barrel and all clad. All clad requested that a box it up and ship it in for inspection and potential repair. They did say it could take 4-6 weeks. Pass.

Hey good lookin’

Beautiful toaster. It has a shine to it, but you can see fingerprints on it so if that bothers you maybe choose a different material. Works well so far on toast and bagels. Overall pleased for the price.

Doesn’t toast evenly

Not a very good toaster when it comes to toasting for the price.

Needed Replacing in Less than 2 years.

In less than two years, it no longer works. This toaster replaced a 20 year old Sunbeam toaster that is still functional but not toasting as well. This toaster no longer functions - period.
