Love this hot water dispenser. It is the best! Has high quality food grade stainless steel interior ( none of the non stick coatings pfas etc.) Does not drip post filling. Has multiple heat temperature settings and safety lock features. You do get what you pay for and this dispenser is definitely worth the cost!

it ok but if they make the insulation better is very good . from out side you can feel the heat from around out side and on top too with the name from zojirushi i expect better quality but just average

Quality product

Works well. This is a replacement for my original Zojirushi water boiler that was around 30 years old. I ordered this model in particular for the stainless steel interior. My original boiler’s interior was coated and it started deteriorating which precipitated this purchase. Good quality

Poor wuality

Horrible quality, top lid plate is made of non stainless steel, I’ve got 2 plates replaced under warranty(less than 6 months usage) and I’ve purchased 2 additional ones myself. I’ve purchased stainless steel screws from Home Depot to factor out which one’s rusting. Top lid plate rusted within 2 weeks and screws are 100% rust free. Never to buy again. Customer service states, it’s normal due to moisture build up. If that’s normal, use better material such as stainless steel.

Bad insulation. Cheaper material.

I have 18 year old Zojirushi water boiler so decided to replace it. This new unit absolutely feel less quality as the old one. Very bad insulation as the upper outside feel hot when touch. This is not a good replacement even my old one is 18 year old.

Great device now in steel

Great device now in steel. Had a plastic version for many years that worked great. Upgraded to this one to avoid hot water coming into contact with plastic (bpa fears).

Tea time - anytime!

This is my second water boiler- I have had one at work for years and years - and decided to treat myself to have one at home. I love the new stainless steel interior!!! At work this is a go to when we have meetings and need to have hot water ready for those of us who are avid tea drinkers. These are well worth the price - I couldn’t imagine life in the office without it!

Handy all day

I sip hot water and tea all day and this makes it crazy convenient! I'm also concerned about nitrous dioxide from gas stoves so this means I'm not constantly using the gas stove to boil water.

One of the best things I ever bought!

This is the best small appliance I've ever bought. My daughter-in-law has this as well, and I found it so convenient at her home to make a cup of tea or coffee instantly without having to heat a teapot or water in the microwave. I came home and ordered one for myself!

I can't remember how long ago we bought this, maybe 6 or 7 years ago. It still works great. So handy to have hot water whenever we want it. The only feature we don't like is the magnetic power cord. It disconnects too easily when the boiler is bumped.
