AWKARD to Drain Pasta Water Out

Although durable an heats evenly, this pot is not only HEAVY but also AWKWARD to drain the pasta water out. I am scared one of these days, a terrible accident may happen while draining the pasta water out. Would be better with a second handle.

Amazing Cookware

Love, love, love this pan! Although this review is for the 4 quart pan, I’ve since purchased the 2, 3 and 10 quart pans as well and they are all amazing! There are no hot spots and they cook evenly. I finally got tired of purchasing pans that were so-called non-stick and within a year the interior starts to flake off so I decided to try stainless steel. So far NOTHING has stuck these pans which I believe is because they cook so evenly. And to top it off they come with a lifetime warranty! Look no further. This is the pan(s) you need.

Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply-Just Do It!

I purchased a MultiClad Pro Triple Ply product because this is the first time I have cooked with a gas stove and I have had a hard time adjusting and have burned food, which has never happened before! This helped, and I am going to purchase ALL their products as soon as possible!

I love that this saucepan is tri-ply so it's thick on bott.

Would recommend, wish it had a second handle

I've been using the pan for a few months and so far my only complaint is that it does not have a second smaller handle. The pot is relatively heavy when empty, so having a second handle would help when pouring a full pot of boiling water. It does seem well made and we have many other cuisine art products so we expect this one to last a long time. Overall I would recommend it. It appears to be good value for the price.

Great quality and construction, handle suboptimal

Construction quality is top-notch, works well on induction cooktop as well as gas. The only flaw that lowers my rating is the handle, it has a flat blade-like cross section rather than a thick, rounded cross section. This makes it uncomfortable to grip and hoist the pot, especially when it is full of food! Other people have commented that the "pot is heavy", but I think it is of normal weight for its size, it's just that the uncomfortable handle makes the pot difficult to lift!

Beauty and Quality at a Modest Price

We have purchased Cuisinart products for many years. I always appreciate the quality and beauty of their design. While self-taught, I am a serious cook and do all of the cooking for my family. I have spent a considerable amount on kitchen equipment over the years, especially related to the task of cooking itself. Regarding this Multiclad Pro Triple Ply 4 quart, I bought because it has all one needs for precise and controlled cooking. It heats quickly and evenly and the size is deep without being too wide. I also have two smaller sizes of this item. I recently acquired a single unit precision induction cooktop and was pleased to discover these pots can do induction cooking as well.

A solid, well made pan.

This is an extremely well made pan. It’s got a good weight to it, retains and responds to heat as well as you’d hope for and serves plenty of functions.

Absolutely a beautiful and high quantity product. Do yourself a favor read the info on care, these are not to be thrown in a drawer stacked with others.

High Quality Pan

High quality pan! From the moment you pick it up, you can tell it's high quality and durable. Easy to clean too. The only thing I'd note is that it is pretty heavy for a sauce pan. I wasn't expecting that. But I'm guessing that's how most high quality stainless steal pans feel. It's not a con - just an observation. I'm very happy with it.

Outstanding, as would be expected!

Well built (as was expected), but much heavier that similar pots of its size (which did take a bit to get used to). Easy to clean and it will most likely last by longer than the owners!

MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 4 Qt.

The pan cooks evenly and cleans up very well. Very strong and the best in quality,well made, Lid fits perfectly.The only fall back for me is the pan itself is very heavy and almost impossible to lift with even water inside of it. I am a senior and this is the only drawback for me.

Too big

It's a very nice pan, but I returned it because it is much to big for my cooking purposes. The quality of the product looks very good.

Perfect size

This pot is big enough to boil a pound of pasta and make a couple batches of soup. It heats up quickly and sears food well!
