Great product useless when the crock cracks

Same problem others have noted. This is a fantastic product that has worked well for three years but yesterday the crock cracked about midway through cooking. As others have said, there is no way to find a replacement crock so I'm forced to throw away an otherwise functioning slow cookier. What a waste, and I now have to replace with something else.

I was happy with what I ordered. The price could have been a little lower. Overall I was very satisfied with my order.

Really like this cooker!

It’s just a great unit that is super easy to use. Set the temp and it automatically sets time according to temp. Then it’s real easy to change the length of time. Locks on lid work great. Easy to clean. Get this you’ll be thrilled.

Another cracked liner

Just out of warranty, the liner has cracked. Also, the heat control on this is terrible. It is either lukewarm or the temperature of the sun, there is no in between.

Don’t buy it

I’m really loving the sous vide feature… it cooks meats to perfection and then brown it in skillet with a little olive oil and bam!

Ceramic insert cracked

I have enjoyed this product for about a year however, the bottom of the ceramic insert has cracked. I heard a pop when I last used it and liquid began seeping out. I have tried to find a replacement part with no luck. It looks like I will need to purchase a new one. Since this product is only a year old and has not lasted, I will be purchasing a different brand.

What an amazing addition to our kitchen! Typically, I would put a slow cooker in the cabinets, but this one stays out all of the time because of how great it looks. I am so impressed with the craftmanship as well. The ceramic is incredibly sturdy and is heavy, providing an example of just how durable and solid this Slow Cooker Sous Vide is. This will last for a long time. All of the components are of the utmost highest quality. The directions provided were clear and setting up the device was a breeze, which I appreciated as a first time user of sous vide. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. However, one thing to note is that is takes a bit of time to warm-up (the directions say it can take up to an hour), so make sure to plan accordingly. But the results are worth the wait! The chicken I made was cooked to absolute perfection. Cooking in the bag made the chicken lock in the juices and seasoning. It was so tender and juicy. The Slow Cooker Sous Vide comes with four sous vide sealable bags, but I wish it came with more or had information in the directions about how to purchase more directly from the company. It would have been a helpful addition to the package. This appliance is so versatile. When using as a slow cooker, it performs fabulously. The pot roast came out amazingly. It is also so large that I am able to cook enough for our family of five! The timer is loud and clear, making it easy to know when your meal is ready. Plus, the warming feature is incredibly useful for keeping food warm if it won't be served immediately. I loved that this appliance is completely digital. Also, during the preheating of the sous vide, it alternates between the current temperature and the desired temperature, which helps in getting your meal ready. As a person that does not like to cook very much, this has been a lifesaver for me. It has made meal planning a breeze by doing most of the hard work for me. I highly recommend this!
