I just used this for the 3rd time and thought my chicken was cooking for the last 6 hours. No heat at all, my dinner for my family is ruined and money wasted. This is a horrible product and I typically don’t write bad reviews, but this just cost me time and money all the way around.

Bad experience with Hamilton Beach crockpot

First one I bought, lasted through 3 cookings, then did not heat. So I ordered two more as I cannot be without my crockpots, so hope the last two I ordered work longer than the first one did. I have had nothing but Hamilton Beach crock pots and coffee makers, hand mixers, etc for years and years, and never had one go to heck right away. As it is such a hassle to mess with shipping it back to the company, I have already thrown it out with the garbage.

This was a replacement for the same make/model that had become scratched going to many potlucks over the years. Dropped the full crock on a tiled floor and that was it. I wanted the same one again, and so far it’s just as good!

I bought this in August. I only used it two times,my whole meal was planned around using this crockpot,I turned it on. There was no heat! so aggravated! waste of money! cannot return it due to it being past 30 day return policy

Basic, Beautiful Slow Cooker

I bought this to replace my old one of the same brand. I had the first one for years but it got dented so I needed to replace it. This red one is beautiful and works great. It’s simple enough for my husband to set it :).

Good for large family gatherings.

It’s big enough to feed a family of 6. Easy to take care of.
