I spent the big bucks on this model and it burns everything I have tried to cook. It’s just burns on 1 side but it’s still enough to ruin the meal

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO disappointed STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

If I could give this ZERO stars I would have. After having a Crock Pot brand slow cooker for many years mine finally died. So I replaced it with this one thinking it would be as good. NOPE. Outside of pot is so hot to touch it wil burn you and I was actually worried about my counter being damaged. The low setting was more like a super high setting that kept it bubbling and buned the bottom. Returning it and buying the Hamilton Standard brand one instead.

So sad

I was so excited to make a roast followed instructions to come home to uncooked meat it didn’t even heat up so sad

This Crock-Pot would make a wonderful gift!

We love our new Crock-Pot !! Not only is it very nice looking, it does a great job of cooking!! We have a 6 qt. one but wanted a little bigger one to have to put in bigger roast, ham or to have more room for making anything. Would recommend this one to anyone and would make a wonderful gift!

Love the programmable feature.

Did some research on this size slow cooker to replace my old one. Needed a larger one to accommodate holiday hams and wanted a programmable unit. It works great and at a great price for the features. Very pleased with it.

No locking lid

I'd like it more if the lid would lock on.

Great disappointment!

I am in the process of returning this CrockPot. I’ve only had it for approximately 3 weeks. The second time I used it, it wouldn’t work. The panel lite, the buttons went through their functions to no avail. I am so glad I was home, the food would have spoiled if I had not been there.

Great product. Love timer. Would definitely recommend understanding that crock pot and cooked food content will be heavy because of volume.
