First time use the insulated carrier already ripped. Cheaply made!

A little disappointed

I like the ease of using this and it has a lot of room. The one thing I'm disappointed about is the stay warm bag. You can't stick the crockpot in it if it's to warm still on the bottom. It will burn a hole in the bag.

Crock-Pot Easier Meals In or Out

Love the functions and size of this crock pot! Love a lid that locks and makes it so easy to transport. Also another level of safety with little hands around our house. It also included a wonderful bag to help with transporting a meal keeps it safe and warm on your dishes journey.

Love the crockpot, I can’t say enough. My only issue was that I ordered it with the Little Dipper and didn’t receive it. So the pot I got has the latches to hold the lid down securely and came with a travel bag. I like this one better than getting the Little Dipper

Loving my new crockpot

This is a great crockpot. It comes with everything you need and has a great carrying case too. Works really well and has auto shut off.

Great slow cooker!

I've needed a new slow cooker for awhile. I've had mine for years but the lid was chipped and I felt it had outlived its usefulness. Purchased my new crockpot and right away put it to the test with a pot roast. It cooked so much better with meat literally falling apart! With my old crockpot I had to cut the meat so ithat showed me how much I was overdue a new crockpot! I also like the countdown timer feature letting you know how much time is left for your meal. I would highly recommend this product. Happy slow cooking!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Made a Pot roast in this pot, and it turned out absolutely delicious.

Defective

Bought this crockpot on clearance sale. The box was slightly dented but the Crockpot appeared fine inside. I turned it on and started prepping my roast when I heard a slight buzzing sound. It wasn’t very loud, so I ignored it until I smelled burning and saw smoke coming out from under the ceramic pot. I’m guessing I got a defective unit with a wiring issue. I’m so glad I waited and didn’t leave it unattended! I returned it to Sam’s. Such a bummer, I usually love my Crockpots!

Great value from Sam’s and Crockpot

Had been looking for a crockpot when I came across this one. My previous HB broke and wanted something with more than a knob. This one allows set cook times and turns to warm automatically. It has a great locking lid and travel bag that comes with it as an added bonus. Crockpot liners work great in it and makes clean up a breeze. I would definitely recommend this crockpot for the price and features.

I haven’t had it that long , but I’m hoping it will last longer than my previous one.. which went bad in less than one year.

Great item, best crock pot I’ve ever used . It also comes with a travel cover . I love it . I’ve used it once so far for queso . Had to travel an hour away. The cover kept it warm enough for dip .,

quit working

Had this little over a year & now lights just blink. Can't set mode or time on. Tried several things to fix it none of them worked. I don not recommend it.

Nice features but broke within a year.

Brought this on black Friday and used it maybe 6 times in a period of 3 months before it started acting up and I put it away. Its fall so decided to make meat balls and went to use it and it's blinking and will not reset.

Stopped working after one year

I bought this Crockpot just over a year ago. I have used it fewer than 10 times, and now it does not work. I have tried resetting it according to the manufacturer's instructions, but it still does not work. Of course, it started malfunctioning just after the one-year warranty had expired, and when I called the Crockpot company, they basically said I am out of luck. Very disappointed in what used to be a quality company. I would not recommend purchasing this item. I will be going back to the same brand I had before which lasted for over 20 years.

Amazing 🤩

This product was so easy to use. The crockpot is pretty self explanatory! Also did not take long to make our dinner either which is very convenient. All I did was plug it up and press a few buttons!!
