Moen Soap Dispenser

Excellent, sturdy, kitchen sink soap dispenser. I bought it twice because it’s so easy to use with one hand. Far superior to more expensive ones.

Leaks and has a design flaw

Really wanted to like it because we have a Moen Wave faucet that we wanted to match but no matter what we tried it still leaked under the sink. There is an extra white gasket that was supposed to help but no luck. Also, because the way it's designed, fitting into itself for easy fill up, you cant use a hose kit to connect it to a bigger bottle, the sink water come from above and leak right through (won't happen if the bottle IS attached). Other companies solved this issue with a better design. Will be returning it since we were unable to use it. On a good note, it's very solid and looks nice :)

I replaced the previous one because the pump started sticking after 10 years. This one started sticking after 1 week. I should return it.

Works great if

The finish remains spotless after several months of use. The amount omount of soap dispenced seems small but only if you compare it to a regular bottle of soap, which dispenses too much. The large drop from the above dispenser produces is more than enough to do the dishes. But if you use regular soap, a bit will dry at the spout hole and clog it, so I diluted the soap 30% with water, which prevented the clog. I also discarded the soap reservoir that came with the dispenser. Instead I attached flexible tubing to the tubing connected to the spout, then ran that tubing to the front inside of the sink cabinet (under the counter) , put a one-way air valve from the aquarium store at the end of the tubing, (if you don't use the one way valve, the soap in the tubing will eventually return to the bottle and require lots of pumping to raise it the 3 feet of tubing between bottle and dispenser) I put this into the bottle of dish soap from the store. This means I don't have to refil the original reservoir through a small counter top opening, All I do is move my tubing and valve from the old bottle to the new bottle.

Perfect match for my U by Moen Smart Faucet

I previously had a Delta Leland kitchen faucet that came with my house, which included a matching soap dispenser. In 2020 I bought a U by Moen Smart faucet, which did not include a soap dispenser. Having the U by Moen faucet with the old Delta soap dispenser was a bit of an eyesore since the finishes weren't exactly the same, so I decided to bite the bullet and get a Moen soap dispenser in a matching finish. This Moen soap dispenser seems to perfectly match my faucet and seems to be better built than the old Delta. Don't settle for cheaper imitations, the quality of the Moen is great and anything else might not be a perfect match to your Moen kitchen faucet.

Looks good; slow to fill.

Easy to install; difficult to fill. Ordered a long-necked funnel to see if that helps. It's substantial.

This matches my Moen kitchen faucet I purchased. Never had one set up this way and I’m finding it to be quite handy than having the detergent sitting on the back of the sink!

We have not installed this as of yet, but it looks great and was exactly what we were looking for. Client is pleased.

Received very promptly! Isnt installed yet as the kitchen is not built yet! But nice product quality, the bottle is long, so it holds lots of soap, so fewer refills! Moen has not disappointed yet!

Spigot is short!

The spigot is very short!! This was well made and we loved it but I knocked off two stars because the spigot part is short so if it’s not near the edge of your counter it will squirt onto your counter! We returned it…

Works well

Delivers an appropriate amount of soap with each pump unlike some other dispensers I had before. Spout is a little short though, and barely reaches the sink given where my hole is placed.

Soap dispenser that fits right onto the sink. Very convenient for dish soap. Matches my sink and new faucet perfect.

This is a nice quality metal soap dispenser. I had read that most were plastic but this one is a nice solid metal with nice finish.

Happy with my purchase

This was easy to install and so far is working great. I've had to refill it twice and both times it was very easy to do so. I do with the part that dispenses the soap was a little longer so it would squirt into the sink and not down the side, but the dispenser is primarily used for hand washing so it isn't that big of a deal. I like the fact that it is spot free stainless and matches my Delta faucet.

Another great product by Moen. Very convenient to have the soap dispenser conveniently mounted in the sink. Just push and go! Same spotless finish as my water dispenser. Easy to clean and refill. Everyone should have one of these!

Good quality

Much better quality than the less expensive one that I am replacing after just a year. Easy to install plus the lifetime warranty in case the plunger quits working.
