[Rewarded Review] The Man Cave Has Ice!

I'm very excited that I got this ice machine. The look of it is sleek and the size is perfect for my man cave. I really like that its counter height and it fits perfect right next to the mini fridge. Access to the ice seems simple. Installation was a breeze and it took me more time then what I expected since I was watching a football game at the same time. Once I plugged it in, It sat and ran super quiet and I did not feel no heat coming off of it. I liked that a filter was provided as well. Operating the ice machine is a no brainer. I love that you have options for the size of the ice cube. I chose the largest setting since it sits in my garage - man cave. Overall, the look and feel of it are excellent. The whole family and my friends are going to enjoy it on game nights. I would definitely RECOMMEND it to friends and family.

Have had it going for about two weeks and it is working well. More melting when the ice sits than I anticipated but the ice is clear and tastes great. Instructions are not great. Can not figure out how to change ambient temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Display is a bit hard to read. Overall though for the price compared to other ice machines we are happy with our purchase.

The unit got to me damaged, Home Depot has not got back to me yet, the quality of the unit is poor. Not sure why HD is bringing these cheap vendors.

When the machine was installed and plugged in it did not work. Trying to get help through the customer service was not an easy process and all correspondence had to go through email. Returned to Home Depot. Not worth all the headaches

Advertised as a commercial product, not true. When a deal seems to good to be true, it is.
