The product is excellent; however, it was shipped in a bag. Because of improper protection one of the feet on the bottom of the steamer is bent, and I am very disappointed in the shipping. Because of this and only this I gave it a one star. This is a 5 star item. I do not want to send it back because there were only available. I do however think I should get a partial refund.

The steamer came with a missing leg, I was able to still use it because I needed to. I wish it was better quality but it works.

As described

This steamer was way bigger than I needed, but works fine in an extra big pot. The middle stem and one of the legs arrived crooked, but this didn't affect how it works. I would recommend it but it would have been nice if it hadn't been so crooked.

Nice and sturdy

Cheapy, but will do. All of the reviews for steamers with a handle were poorly rated.
