Wouldn’t close properly causing all the tea leafs to fall out

I ordered a tea ball and variety pack of tea, and it came promptly, well packaged, and all the stuff is great quality! I've tried three varieties already and each has been delicious.

I have had a head injury and a few other events like that. I am not gentle enough to be allowed near this ... thing ! The tea ball fell apart near the chain on first use and the halves of the tea ball no longer quite .. align after the second use. After the second use, the chain broke too!

Im new to loose leaf tea. And a lot of it is fine, like a powder. And all of that falls right through the mesh of this infuser. So it was completely useless.

Nice addition to my tea experience. Glad I bought it, it works great for me!

The package came in good condition but it doesn’t hold the tea within. That’s the reason for this low rating. I had more tea leaves floating in my cup than in the infuser. Now I have to buy another one.

I decided to try Tiesta tea after a friend told me they ordered it and really enjoyed it. I'm rather picky and like a full flavored tea. I received my order before early than I expected to which is always a great surprise! The variety of teas available is amazing and definitely fits anything you might be looking for. The smell and flavor are beyond what I could have imagined! I have thoroughly enjoyed the sample pack and all the flavors and have every intention to purchase more in the future.

I think it's mostly my fault that I don't like this. I was expecting something to brew just one cup of tea at a time. It's much larger than I thought it would be. I also have a hard time getting the clasp completely closed so I don't end up with tea leaves in my tea.

It's a little large for a single servings and it's easy to clasp incorrectly, causing the goods to get loose in your water. But the tea itself is one of my favs!

Terrible! The tea falls out like a salt shaker. Will start the return process tomorrow morning.

Works great for loose leaf tea

I love the tea itself but the tea Ball doesn't close trapping in all the grains in securely so I end up having to use my regular strainer to pour into another cup.

My only complaint is that it's too big to use in my favorite mug...but other than that, it works

My wife loved the variety teas. She's tried a bunch of them so far and keeps insisting that I smell them while she gushes about the real fruit and whatnot. It's a hit!

The tea ball is quite large. The tea falls through the seal that is quite open. It also falls through the mesh. I am going to try the smaller size but the large balls are not that useful.

Latch opens as soon as it is placed into cup. I've tried multiple times and have been unable to use it successfully.
