Came unwrapped, unprotected from scratches in box. Loose packaging allowing it to flop around and get damaged.

Fabulous design. Looks great. 1 faucet has a loose handle and customer support from delta seems impossible to reach. Set screw only turns 1/8 of a turn and won’t tighten handle. Otherwise love it

Finish is excellent. 3 sizes available. This one was too tall for us; we went for the shortest.

We purchased two of these beautiful Pivotal 1.2 Delta faucets for master bathroom vanities in our new construction home. We couldn’t be happier with the decision. The design is elegant and unique, and very sleek to use. Out sink is n to ndermount, but I think it would be great for a vessel as well. My husband and I both appreciate the craftsmanship, and appreciate the fact that the flow is just right for a medium sized sink (no splashing, no mess!). Would highly recommend; we have received many compliments!
