Avoid!

This was purchased without knowledge of the motion sensor and its “features”. Words can not adequately convey the depth of my hatred for this product. After a year the solenoid computer failed. It was under warranty. The company promised to send us a replacement. In expressed my desire for them to do it quickly because of the computer failed THERE IS NO MANUAL OVER RIDE. Turns out they were back ordered. They said two weeks, then another two weeks, then another where I pitched a fit as we hadn’t had water in our kitchen for some time and getting water from the bathroom gets old. They finally sent us a replacement since, same model.

Work best as it’s made the motion censer can turn on and run up your water bill when your not home if you turn it off manually your turning on the censer as well gust it get water manual said remove battery now fFossett won’t work

good product

doing a lot of research on faucets ..I found that this moen is one of the better ones, so we bought it.we have yet to install it , waiting on our new countertops to be installed...should know more at end of the month

DISAPPOINTED

I like the looks, style and concept of this faucet and the reputation of Moen. Their Customer Service is exceptional . Parts usually came quickly. It worked great for about a week. Thank God for the Life Time Warranty .That's the GOOD.
