This peel works great. Only drawback was having to wait so long for it arrive. A turning peel is absolutely essential. This one is far better than the standard one (which I bought locally while waiting for the pro one)

Great turning peel. Does its job, works well. The wooden handle is great, but does it need to cost this much? I'd buy it again despite the protest of my wallet, but your mileage (or kilometers) may vary.
