Straight forward installation
Coupling nut out of spec
The coupling nut failed at the t-valve side. I noticed as soon as I took it out of the box that it felt loose.
Good quality, easy to install, and the tank-mount option was great since I don't have a convenient wall for the hanger.

Dangerous!
This would've flooded our house if we were not home. After 6 months of working properly, we suddenly hear water in the bathroom to find out the hose is leaking where it connects to handle. Tightened it a few times, opened and tightened it again, no luck. It's destroyed.
The spray and the hose are of good quality, however the thread type to the tank pipe did not match very well

Tried to install this bidet but the hose is leaking even though I tighten it up several times. Called their customer service number but its not in service.

Great quality except the hose
15 minute install including finding my tools and re-installing the hose when I removed the wrong side. Everything is pretty solid except for the light and flimsy hose that also seems about 1 foot too short. I hung the hose handle on the wall instead of the tank because it's hard to reach back there for my setup.
