LOVE OUR NEW FAUCET!!!!!

This is the first "pull down" faucet owned by us. I wanted something clean looking, easy to use, and versatile and this faucet delivered on all facets! From being able to go all over my sink to spraying with just a simple push of the button - we love it!

I love the faucet and the sprayer that you don't have to hold the button down is awesome

Worth the money.

Finish it top notch. Smooth pull out. Nice springy return. Flow control feels very smooth and well machined. Only thing i would change is to make the selector button out of metal.

Quality Faucet

Easy to install, instructions are straight forward and easy to follow and looks great. Love the function and QUALITY of this product. I would have liked a quality crome plate included to cover up a 3 hole sink layout. Was an additional cost for me but needed to complete installation.

Great faucet

This faucet was just what we were looking for. It matches our sink and the rest of our new kitchen perfectly. It was easy to install and has great features. I like the different spray modes and the handle is very functional.

Great Faucet

I bought this faucet, along with one of their top mount quartz sinks, at the beginning of this year and it has been wonderful. The faucet has functioned perfectly and install was easy. The only thing we had to adjust to was the hot and cold placements were opposite what we were used to.

Matches sink beautifully and sprayer is awesome

I like it as it matches my sink and I wanted a big sprayer. My only complaint is the button to switch spray/full is right where I need to grab it which causes me to constantly shut off spray. Also when I first turn on the faucet it always defaults to full and I want spray. Little things I hope to get over

Gunmetal color is gorgeous

The gunmetal color is pretty and goes perfectly with my Karran black granite sink. I love this faucet BUT it has a plastic switch on the the nozzle (changes water flow) that broke after two months. Because it was under warranty, Karran replaced the nozzle but I’m concerned about what happens when the warranty expires. Their customer service responded quickly.

Faucet complaint

I am still waiting for the installer to come and fix the faucet. The handle fell off and I can't fix it without taking it completely off. That is why you received only 3 stars.

Great Replacement Faucet.

The faucet is looks great and works perfect. As anticipated the spray nozzle is made of hard durable plastic but I do not see that as being an issue. My last faucet only lasted under two years and was not made well. I noticed pitting around the base and neck. This faucet from how it is made looks like I will not have the same issue.
