Great Showerhead but defective
I acquired four of the Kohler - Statement 2.5 gpm Three-function showerheads and they deliver an amazing experience, but unfortunately, all four of them were defective. Water is always pouring out of the three-function switch. This action propels the water off the head, resulting in water spots all over the wall and fixtures. I contacted support and informed them that all four are behaving identically, yet I received a notification indicating they would only send one replacement, indicating a lack of attention to my original request. I had to contact support again and they requested that I send the receipts and images once more. Had I known these heads had a flaw, I wouldn't have bought them, especially considering their high price. I'll give you an update once we find out the outcome of my second support request and if the new ones have the same issue.

Purchased shower head, sprays & hand shower. These products complimented our remodel. Do not have a general contractor install. Hire a plumber who has installed this system.

A Spa Experience
Changed my showering experience. This is the best shower fixture I’ve ever purchased. Built my home 8 years ago. I’ve replaced the shower heads 4 times with below expectation results. This shower head turns your shower into a spa. Looks good, but performs even better. Kohler customer for life.
Shower head
This is extremely over priced for plastic. I expected medal but it made of plastic. Looks very cheap. Not very good quality. Kohler has been making more of there product plastic.
Works great and was a nice way to upgrade the guest bathroom!
Poor Customer Service
Shower head requires adapter to Kohler shower arm. This adapter is not noted in installation description.The adapter has been on backorder for over two months and counting. Very poor communication and assistance.
