Strange uncleanable filmy appearance

We are very disappointed in this product. The glass doors in our original order were foggy, looked like there was some sort of film on the glass but then we realized there was something wrong when they processed the glass and we could not get them to look clear after trying many products. We contacted ANZZI and they would not help or do anything about it, they came this wasy from the factory. We ordered another set to switch out the original order door and the same thing, the glass doors looked like they had some sort of film on them, and it seemed something went wrong during the processing of the doors. Ordering one more set to see if this set will be clear. Unfortunately, the entire door was installed by our builder and then we noticed the glass, or we would take the whole thing back and never order another thing from ANZZI.

Anzzi shower door the good and the bad

Shower doors are heavy and well made. Once installed everything works just as it should. Instructions need to be followed to the letter, but at times are hard to understand. Mounting anchors are junk. Bought my own as well as heavy duty screws. There is some adjustability built into the doors, but get your frame level and plumb and you will have fewer problems. Once I deciphered the instructions took my time and installation was finished in about 3 hrs. Would recommend, wife loves them.

Beautiful doors, easy to clean, love the barn door mechanism on top which rolls the doors effortlessly. I had the doors delivered to the store and my contractor picked them up for me so I can’t remark on delivery, but he said they were easy to install.

Looks great and good quality

Very nice looking door. Included instructions are horrible. To save you the headache please download the instructions from the specification link in the product details online (they are much more thorough). Other than that I’m happy with the purchase. If interested in the shower tile it is Jeffrey Court Taffeta White field tile and bright white grout, both purchased at Home Depot.

Good looking quality door!

Remodeled our small master bath and decided on this door for the shower. Instructions in the box were very difficult to follow because they were vague and missing information. I downloaded an updated manual from Anzzi which made the installation much easier. Overall the wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality, look and function of the door. I would definitely recommend.

Look Great

I needed to upgrade my old bathroom enclosure so I looked for full length sliding glass doors. I found these ANZZI Frameless Shower Doors. I wasn't quite sure about the frames part especially after it was delivered. These doors are heavy! The frameless part is not side or bottom frames. There is a heavy duty track on which the doors slide which makes sense. There is also what Im calling magnetic type strips that hold the doors closed while showering. There are many parts when the package is unpacked and Im awaiting my installation by my contractor, however I can tell by the look of the doors and the weight that this is a very high quality set of doors and they look great.

Product instructions and material quality made this installation simpler than anticipated. Optional set up for doors was appreciated. Really opens up my 4 foot alcove to looking bigger!

this is semi-frameless

I don't like it because it is kind of not frameless. there is a metal frame on the bottom which I did not want it to be there.

Nice set of modern looking doirs.

There’s no bottom seal on the outer door because it would interfere with the track, so water can get through. There’s no inside handle on that door, or outside handle on the inner door for the same reason. Necessary for the look, but a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful shower door

This is a beautiful shower door & extremely well-made. I replaced my old chrome shower door with this one and am so happy I did. The rollers work effortlessly and the water slides off the doors even though I still use a squeegee after showering. We had a professional install the door and are happy we did since they are quite heavy.

Overall happy with the product but instructions definitely could be more informative. Pictures only is not for beginners...

Terrible

The side rails were not the correct length and had to be cut which resulted in the whole door being off. Wasted money and would not recommend. Directions were pictures only and didn’t have any words. The seals are terrible and hard, making the door hard to move.

Difficult installation.

Instruction are pictures only. No description of of each step process. The seals on the side rails are hard and do not allow the door to pass by with ease.

these doors are gorgeous and I love them! The glass is very easy to clean and as long as you squeegee after you shower, there are no water spots! The only thing bad about this product is the instructions! Fortunately I had this professionally installed but they told me that the instructions were not very helpful.

The glass is a high quality heavy glass. The design is beautiful and contemporary. The shipping was very strange as the box was completely ripped up, the directions had actually blown out of the box. Fortunately, nothing happened to the glass, and I'm pretty sure all parts are still there. Pictures when it is installed.
